Title : Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards

What do you get when you mix a snowball and a light bulb together?

I have no idea. Anyway, it is now time to take some time to talk about the most bizarre ability this side of Pop Star: Fridge Kirby. "Fridge Kirby, you say? What the heck is that?" It's Fridge Kirby. Duh. Weren't you listening? Its only appearance was in the only game you can mix abilities in, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, and it does exactly what a fridge does: store food. ...okay, it throws food. It must be rotten or something. Even though it heals you. Yes, it's mainly a healing ability: It tosses three pieces of food out, and you can heal yourself at any time. Sounds mundane? Well it isn't! There's more to it than that!

When Kirby is fridgified, he tosses three random foods (is foods even a word?) out: Frozen Veggies (bleah), Meat (Yay), Flan (Um...), Milk (Does Kirby even have bones?), Hot Dog (Hot diggity dog!), Cheese (Ah, the power of cheese!), a drink (...insert funny comment here), and... I don't even want to know what that weird root thing is. Some of that stuff must be rotten. You still probably don't think it's all that great, but there's still one more thing that makes it special...

Food fight! Yes, the food Fridge Kirby tosses out can be used to damage enemies! This makes it both offensive and heal... en... sive? Whatever. This also means it's one of the weirdest ways to damage Miracle Matter. In fact, I almost always use Fridge Kirby to damage its Ice and Spark forms. You could probably defeat just about every boss with this ability, except maybe Acro...

So if you're just looking to be weird, use Fridge Kirby. He looks funny as a fridge. If you're not that great and get hurt a lot, it's also good so you can heal yourself. And, if you want to challenge yourself, try to beat the bosses with it. Now, if only Tornado and Spark made Blender Kirby...
