Two
updates less than three days apart, I know! But I've updated the long
neglected Fan Comics section with a comic that is pretty popular on the

In terms of the Fan Comics section itself, I don't actually run it, but
Cyber hasn't updated it in over a year, I think? So for now, as long as
your comic is of a good enough quality to make me feel motivated enough
to do it (so in other words, things that are not sprite comics will probably have a greater chance!)
Other than that, I don't really have much else to do! I will probably
start seeing what I can do to make some of the video game sections look
nice in anticipation of their re-releases on the Virtual Console for
the Wii, however.
I did it anyways! It's been a while since the last official mailbag,
and the next one might not come for a while, so I've decided to update
with mailbag issue 33 point five: now 25% more of that great Tropicana
taste you've come to love. Actually, I was originally going to do it
all on my own, but I enlisted the help of a few more people. But tell
you what, quit reading this, go read it [link]!!

Good day once again. I made up on my promise to do some cleaning, and cleaning has been done. The Music and Sounds
Archive has been reopened. It is now a modest little place. A few of
the new changes are the presence of the Music File Icons that can be
found at the bottom of each page. The main upgrades were merely for
making it an easier section to browze through and keep clean. I'll be
applying the same to other sections as time goes on.
While I am here, I might as well inform you that the English Kirby Site has it's New Game Sub-site
up and running. We are hinted at the usual terrible translation work -
but we have grown to be critical of them anyway, so let's look past
that for now. Expect the usual things: Insane load times/Filesizes,
Annoyingly Pointless Sound Effects, too many distracting visuals, and
Screenshots with a loadtime of their own. I guess there no longer is a
love for the simple. Terrible as always, but on the bright side, the
website has a lovely hint of Blue.
I'd say "School has turned me into a Bad Staffer",
but this time it is just a lie unfortunatly. I'm terribly sorry that I
haven't updated since last summer. Now it is already late into fall.
While I am glad that the leaves stayed out later than usual this year, everything is blown away already. It is much too soon, and it growing colder each day.
Small Talk aside, I bring along some updates about
that new Kirby game everyone seems to be talking about. I can't stand
saying the English Name of it myself, but ah I think we are going to
have to "deal" with it for now. First off I brought over the Wallpapers from the Kirby America site, to here. I guess this way you won't have to deal with those annoying sound effects.
The next thing you should probably want to know about is the soundtrack. Ivyna recorded most of the music
from the sound test. Unlike all the pervious games, the sound test
isn't really labelled and the music is used in alot of different
places, so it is hard to tell what it should be named or not. I used my
little knowledge of the game to give it some labels, but they may be
incorrect. There are still some missing tracks, but all that will be
added again in due time.
I get myself wrapped up in too many projects at
once. I have so many things to do still, but I am going to try and come
back to get things in the Multimedia section cleaned up. Jboy has a few
more scans on the way too. I suppose that will have to be your
Christmas Present from him.
Slight Update: I'd hate to do this so soon,
however I'm temporarily closing the Sound Archives for some cleaning
and updates. I realise that the Doroche MP3s are still much-wanted
material, so you will still be able to access them through the link
listed above.
Uh, good news first. The results of the contest are in, yaaaay! :D

The bad
news is... the tracker for the Kirby sub torrents got hacked! o_O That's
why you may have had trouble downloading them in the past few days...
Nooo idea when it'll be fixed, so just bear with me for a while. ^_^; I
heard if you use Azureus you can still connect to seeders... Eh, no new
subs til the tracker's working again or I find another one. Sowwie.
Anyway... Well I got a biiig set of
guru answers
at least. Oh, and people have been asking me if I still
accept fanfics- the answer is yes. I just never get any sent to me. Try

I got started with the checklist guide.
I'll be adding more to that, it's just gonna take me a while to that
part. The city trial guide is almost done, I just need to so some
screenshots. The Air ride and Top ride guides will be coming soon as
well.

(I'm back to doing them in order.) You

ALSO I have changed the batch torrents so they're all ten eps each
instead of five. So if you were downloading 21-25, 26-30, 31-35 and
36-40, they won't work! Please use 21-30 and 31-40 now. But you don't
need to restart- simply put what you've downloaded into one folder and
download the proper torrent, okay? It'll continue on its own. If you can
help seed, PLEASE do.
Secondly a HUGE update to the
Music and Movies
section. I've updated the Lyrics with improved translations and some new
ones, AND added a section for the
game music remixes used in the anime!
With a couple of video clips! :D (And a section for the
anime music used in the games) Cool, eh?

Power of Pink
A big, shiny new Front Page Picture courtesy of Pink Power will be up for the month. Man, that's some suitable work.
Unrelatedly, there's a month until the next picture, so I thought I'd
try proposing a theme for the next one. There's been some seasons that
have gone unrecognized as of late. So, anyhoo, the next month's theme
will be... winter! That's right, I'm pompous and ignorant to
our Aussie visitors. Snow, cold, ice, involve that in the picture in
some way, okay? Hope to see some!
