Kine the Genius has generously sent
in a
ton of scans from the Japanese Kirby's Adventure Strategy guide
- and they are super awesome. There's a ton of the enemies,
bosses, and manga scans WITH the Japanese writing to prove the
correct names. These names have all been corrected accordingly in
the Kirby's Adventure game guide as
well. So, that's one dispute between everybody put to rest. ^_^
Now, for news on Mirror: The release date has
been changed to April 15th now. So it is not very far off at
all, just another 2 weeks.
Nintendo of Japan
has disclosed the date, and released another cool commercial
on their site (which I've of course grabbed) for you to
download here!
I've updated my part in the Gurus section, and this time, I must say something. Do NOT
use the Ask the Guru to ask me questions about KWRPGII, or ask for my opinion on fan fics
or whatever. The Guru section is for serious Kirby questions ONLY. If you want to chat
with me about KWRPGII or anything else, then e-mail me at kaabiimusha@yahoo.com If you
use the Guru thing instead, then I will ignore your question/comment.
Heh, I have noticed about a link.. Well, I have just fixed it, and you can see the site perfectly.
Kirby's Planet - A site with lots of Fan Art. Be careful! Don't confuse this site with Kirby Planet (altrough the names are almost exacts, the URLs are different)
I've updated with my share of questions too. This time, people. Actually read ALL my
Answers and the Questions before asking me a question. I get a lot of repeat questions.
I was having FTP probs, and I
every time I tried to login and couldn't, I just sorted wandered off. Just
a quick update, because I'm working on stuff as usual that isn't finished.
^_^ Thanks to best Japanese Kirby site, Popel Works, they've found a
Kirby commercial for the upcoming game, and I've of course
snagged it
and put it on the site. I can't even read the site it came from. Oh
well. ^_^
Also, Nintendo Ike has also given us more teasers in his next
two parts of
Meta Knight Saga.
We have made a cool thing on the Links section. This section has been totally updated with new parts (and new links, of course) ^_^
Now is the moment to show you the new added links:
Team ShadowZX - An excellent site where offers lots of stuff. The best content of the site are Sprite Comics .
Kirby's Planet - A site with lots of Fan Art. Be careful! Don't confuse this site with Kirby Planet (altrough the names are almost exacts, the URLs are different)
The past two weeks have had more updates in the fangames section than in the past two months! Anyway, there's a demo of Kirby's Star Shot currently available for download. Go try it out!
Just two things folks. First off, I put together
a small patch for Kirby Warrior's KWRPGII that fixes a few
typos and such, but that's not the news. (It's in the FanGames
section two lines under the link for the full rpg package.)
The big news atm, is that a few months ago, the main computer
I normally use for updating finally kicked the bucket. I had
four k-cards in my mailbox, and they are not lost, but I cannot
access them until I fix this. :/ Until I get that pc repaired,
the updates on the Kirby Cards will be sporadic at best. x_x
Okay, I have a larger update now! I ripped and put up the Japanese Soundtrack
for Kirby Star Stacker, and I added KWRPGII to the games section. Yes, I FINALLY finnished it!
Huzzah! That is all.
Well, I put up this week's batch of questions to
me from the Ask the Gurus section. Also, I'll be working on the
Kirby no Kirakira Kizzu translation some more, but right now I'm
busy with packing, and moving irl, so I'm busy. Sorry for the
delay ^_^;
Well, it's
probably a good idea to say this now... I am no longer doing the
Fan Fiction section on this website. Actually, I haven't been for
about 2 or 3 weeks now, but I have been too laze to update this
page. I am, however, being transferred into the beautifullness we
like to call "Mailbag". MWUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA*hack cough cough*...
well, ya. Oh, yea, send your fanfics to
KindarSpirit
instead of me.
Just a quick
Super Star update: Gourmet Races and
Spring Breeze guide
is done. The courses and levels are all mapped out, and the
Spring Breeze has a mini-guide type thing done. Not bad for a
'small' update. ^_^
Oh yea, and if you look now at the bottom
of all these updates you can see a link that will take you to
'Old Updates'. This is only from January 2004 to now. In the
whole 4+ years of this site's life, there's never been a good
archive. XD There's no way to recover the old ones, but hey,
better to start now than never.
Yo. It is time for the monthly Multimedia update. There are two Things on the agenda...
First off... Over Seven (or eight... Forgot to count...) new Sheet Muisc files. Nearly an entire soundtrack for Nightmare in Dreamland. Plus something off of the Sound Track I posted in last month's update.
Next, we have NEW KIRBY CURSORS... Done by Johnathan.
Yay, I finally got the Kirby
Gurus section up! What is it? Well, if you have any question
about Kirby, just ask myself or Kirby Warrior and we can prolly
answer it! It'll work kinda like mailbag and I'll try for
weekly answer fests, except we want the serious questions. =P No
'what would happen if Kirby ate the world' stuff, or what have
you.
Oh, er... about the Caption
Contest... I... lost it. o_o The entries that is. I
reformatted my hard drive, and... well I forgot to back that
particular folder up. Sorry. ^_^;
But, there really weren't many that were all
that funny so, no big loss. =P I put up a newer, better picture,
you should be able to think of funnier stuff!
I hate to push down Kindar's update so soon...Well, anyways, I added more
to the Kirby no Kirakira Kizzu translation. I would have added more, but my computer hates
me right now. I also fixed a few mis-translations around on the site. I hope Kindar doesn't
mind ^_^; I can always change it back. Anyways, that is all.
Wow, with Kirby Warrior back it's like the
really old days at RR. Kirby Warrior was here at just about the
beginning of the site! It's kinda a nice warm fuzzy feeling.
I have been slaving away to finish something
I've been working for over a year. Finally, after working on it
and putting it off countless number of times,
The Great Cave Offensive Guide is done! This means: The
ENTIRE game is mapped out with treasures. It was a huge project,
and those who have played this cool mini-game from Kirby Super
Star can understand why it took so long - I did this all by
myself. XD
And... I couldn't resist staying up just a bit
longer to post these
super sweet new screens and art work from
the Kirby Labyrinth game. I particularly think this little mouse
is too cute for words. While your at it, play the cool new
mini-game from the game, on the official site!
