Two and a half new games
up. I've added Metarena by King Kirby, and Kirby
and Meta Knight's Sky Action by Twister9. The half update
comes from me fixing the link to Dreamland Races, so that you can
actually DOWNLOAD it. ^^,
In other news, while I'm probably the last
person on the planet to figure this out, Gmail apparently automatically
deletes any e-mail with an attached .exe file, even if the file is
zipped. Therefore, there are games that may have been submitted that I
didn't even know about. If you submitted a game that isn't in this
update, and I havn't e-mailed you with an explenation, please upload
your game to a free server, and re-submit with a link to your game. I'm
sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
I present 'The Rise of the Star', the
Kirby's Adventure Remix Collaboration! Starting in September last year,
DarkeSword over at OCRemix.org organized this huge project to do themed
remixes of the different levels you get in the game- From Lil' Traveler
to Hero of Lore. I've listened to them and they sound awesome, so get
over there and listen! (Please use BitTorrent if possible so you don't
destroy their bandwidth. ^_^)
In other less interesting news, I've updated
the Guru
Q&A- but with something new now! Now, if you ask a
stupid question it will be put onto the PAGE OF SHAME. :D Really
people, I get so many stupid questions it's not even funny. Read the
FAQ for crying out loud...
Looks like I'm not the only
old Staffer making a reappearance. It's been what, two years, since I
dissapeared from KRR? Anyway, a lot has happened to me in those years
and I'm sure none of you really want to hear about it. The short
version, I have more technological skill than I did, allowing me to do
more than take pictures of a game and make maps. How about make music?
Yesterday I spent much of the day recording
and editing the entire soundtrack for one of my favorite Kirby games:
Kirby Superstar! So, now that that is finished I have uploaded it. All
individual tracks should work, and the FilePlanet zip of them all
should work within twenty-four hours.
Also, Kirby's Adventure has been recorded
but has yet to be edited. Will be added as well when I finish it.
The new game guide is up
for Kirby Canvas Curse. It's sad and lonely though, requires much more
information that I regretably don't have. I have very basic info on the
story, mini-games, abilities, and the like. We have new icons and
pictures.. blah blah blah.. but if you want to help, please
feel free to drop me a line! =D
Also, fan thoughts are closed, ^_^ I don't
know how the link mysteriously appeared to the left again, causing
traumatizing flash backs for PrimaryDuck:

Well on the plus side, 4Kids is airing the
episode 'Escargon's Nudity', now titled 'Shell-Shocked' this weekend.
On the downside- NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE
IT!
Someone there made a flub- Kirby isn't
airing in most of the country because the block is being pre-empted by
baseball! So there's a new episode that almost no one can see. =(
We must fix this- everyone CALL them and
complain! Ask why the heck they're showing a new episode that almost no
one can see. Are they going to re-air it another day? Couldn't they
remove one of the double Sonic X or WinX clubs so Kirby can air half an
hour earlier?
