T.A.C. is a feline foe dressed in ninja clothing. It has a round body that is wrapped in black cloth. Two pointed ears rise from its top, beneath the outfit. The garb is tied off in a knot at the front just beneath an opening that exposes the face. Only a pair of slanted eyes can be seen against its tan face. Hands rest at its side and sandal clad feet at its bottom. It totes a large green sack on its back. Contrary to popular belief, the initials, "T.A.C." do not stand for anything.

Kirby Super Star
T.A.C. sneakily appears in some levels where it jumps out at Kirby and quickly steals his copy ability or, if the attack strikes his Helper, they are kidnapped. It then turns tail and flees as swiftly as it came. If the thief is defeated, the power or helper is restored. Swallowing TAC gives the Copy ability.
T.A.C. is also the Helper for the Copy ability. It behaves differently than a regular helper or even Kirby with the power. A hand is tossed out rather than a scanning beam. Instead of wholly gaining or becoming a snatched ability, T.A.C. only takes on their appearance and skills until discarding it with the A button. T.A.C.'s block is modified as well. Rather than merely preventing damage from occurring, it fades into the background, and any attack passes right through it. This can avoid any attack, even normally unblockable ones.
Kirby Air Ride
T.A.C. makes a brief appearance in the City Trial mode of the game, having its own event and own theme song. In the event, it states that T.A.C. has stolen many Upgrade Patch and hidden somewhere in the city. Players then have a limited amount of time to find T.A.C. and run into it, causing him to drop patches. If T.A.C. is hit many times, it will drop an extremely rare All Patch before flying away.
