Float Islands is a tropical water stage that Kirby passes through in the game series. It is the third level in the classic Kirby's Dream Land and was brought back in a shortened form in Kirby Super Star and combined with Castle Lololo.

Description
Float Islands is a chain of small isles that rise steeply from the waters. There are many coconut trees on top of them and underwater passages beneath. The atmosphere is sunny and upbeat. Many Blipper, Coner, and Squishy inhabit the islands as well as other aquatic based foes.
Games
Kirby's Dream Land
After departing Castle Lololo, Kirby emerges onto the start of the isle chain. After hopping halfway through the level, no mini-boss is encountered. Instead, an extended level is featured.
Towards the end of the level, a galleon full of enemies is found. From there, Kirby rides a Warp Star into the blow hole of a whale that rockets him into the sky above. Not only is there where Kaboola is faced, but it sets up the start of the next level, Bubbly Clouds.
Kirby's Adventure
Float Islands appears in greatly shortened form in one of the levels of Rainbow Resort. Otherwise, everything is the same, including the music- it's even in black and white just like on the Game Boy! (Though Kirby is in color and stands out a bit.)
Kirby Super Star
In Spring Breeze, Float Islands again returns as a shortened version of the original one, but with a graphical update. Also, with the addition of abilities, the field area contains a different cast of enemies since many did not return from the first game. This version is combined with Castle Lololo, and it ends inside the fortress rather than in the sky.
