Dark Meta Knight is a boss character Kirby must fight in his game series.

So far only appearing in a single game, Dark Meta Knight was created by the power of the Mirror World. When Meta Knight found that the Mirror World was in danger, the mirror created a copy of his dark side, and Dark Meta Knight came to be.

His form is identical to Meta Knight's, but his color and mind are different. His skin is dark gray, and his shoes in red. His cape is black and in tatters, and the armor over his shoulders is gray as well. His sword is gray metal with three razor-like jagged parts on each side. His eyes are the same yellow as Meta Knight, but are smaller and slanted.

Dark Meta Knight seems to lack the sense of honor and chivalry that characterize Meta Knight.

Levels - Radish Ruins and the Dimension Mirror

In the first battle with Dark Meta Knight, he changes his appearance to look like the regular version. When his mask comes off, he looks as Meta Knight does with blue skin, but turns gray before he escapes.

He does not offer a sword for Kirby either time- however he will create stars with some of his attacks that supply the Sword ability, or to be used as projectiles.

He has a more erratic fighting style than the real Meta Knight, and can be difficult to predict. Attacking him head-on may cause him to block, move away or simply strike back. He uses many of the same powerful attacks as Meta Knight in Kirby Super Star, such as a massive tornado, and will often jump away from Kirby to charge up. The best way to hit him is to get behind him while he charges up an attack.

He also has the ability to fly, and will pursue Kirby to the top of the screen if one tries to attack him from above.

When he is defeated the second time, he simply shattered into pieces like a broken mirror.
