One of Kirby's Copy abilities.
One of the few 'one-use only' abilities, such as Crash, Cook allows Kirby to don a chef's hat and stew up his enemies in a big pot into nutritious snacks.

Kirby Super Star
Kirby puts on his chef's cap, and a large pot appears from no where. Kirby happily bangs a pan and spatula together, causing every enemy on screen to be dumped into the pot. Kirby stirs the boiling concoction, adding salt as needed as his enemies are scalded alive. The finished meals, usually simple food items, pop out of the pot and Kirby can eat them for a health boost.

It's more or less unchanged in this version, though some have noted Kirby doesn't look as overly cheerful.

Kirby appears to use the Cook ability as a special attack in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Anime
Cook is changed into a full-fledged ability with a variety of uses in this version. No longer one-use, Kirby can use it until he wins or is defeated himself. It's usually aquired from inhaling Kawasaki's frying pan.
Cook Kirby's main weapon is a frying pan with many different uses. Often he uses it as a shield, reflecting attacks. However, he can cause it to grow to massive size and use it to fry or boil large enemies. He can also cause any kind of food to spontaneously appear from it.
(Despite this, Kirby never takes advantage of his power to create himself unlimited supplies of food, or to feed the hungry or something. Shame on you, Kirby.)
