A regular enemy in the Kirby games.
Capsule J is a cycloptic foe. It has a round, blue body with a large, single, green eye at its front. Two short arms with white gloved hands are at its side and a pair of red shoes at its feet. A red strap looped over its head holds in place two cylinders to its back that it uses for thrust.

Kirby Super Star
Capsule J can be found in sky related levels and scenes that feature clouds. It is normally found either walking along the ground or hovering in place in the air. Other times, it is boosting forward with its jet pack at Kirby. It possesses the Jet copy ability.
Helper
- Capsule J serves as the helper for the Jet ability and possesses all the same abilities as Kirby does with the power. Its color changes from green to blue when in the player's control.
