A giant fireball with bat wings found in the Mirror World

Appearance

Batafire appears as a giant, smoldering ball of flame with a white hot core that fades to orange and red on the edges. Fire lashes out from all over its body. At the top of its form, it sprouts a pair of red bat wings that it uses to fly. Between these, at a small point, is a cattish face with closed eyes and an open smile. It has two ears sticking up from its head which are just two points.

Games

Batafire is an aerial mini-boss found currently only in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror. It is faced on scenes that feature a series of platforms for Kirby to jump up onto to allow him to reach it. It flies about the screen, left and right, occasionally making broad, sweeping dives. Sometimes, it drops a trail of fireballs as it soars end to end. These can be inhaled and spit back at it. Another action of it is flying into the center of the screen and unleashing a heavy barrage of fireballs all over.
