Checkers - From Dededetux007 on February 16th, 2010 Checkers is a red puffball similar to Kirby, He has black eyes, feet, and cheeks. He also wears a large checkered top hat, hence the name. This is one regular enemy that Kirby can't inhale, so it can be destroyed with any ability when you knock his hat off, OR Kirby can lift Checkers up like he did in Kirby 64 and use his hat to protect himself like a sheild for falling coconuts. Kirby can also ride on top of Checkers. Complete the level with Checkers and Kirby will get a 1up 6 Comments, 30 Votes (-3%)
Image by Bimblesnaff. shadow creeper - From eat911 on February 11th, 2010 Shadow Creeper is mostly seen as a small black ball with a red eye that is in a big shadow. The shadow is his body and the ball is his head. The shadow part slides along the ground. (The head moves with it.) Only the head part of it can be hurt. They normally come in groups near the end of a room. They cannot attack Kirby, and will instead move to the door at a speed about 1.5x that of a Waddle Dees. If a Shadow creeper reaches the door, the door will be teleported away to a preset location that is guarded by lots of enemies and is hard to reach. In early levels, there will only be one Shadow Creeper, however, in later levels, there will be more. 12 Comments, 23 Votes (-26%)
Boing Doing - From Dededetux007 on February 10th, 2010 Boing Doing has a round head resembling Kirby's. He has a small body with a circle on its belly. It has big Kirby like feet that enables it to bounce overhead tough terrain This little guy hops or walks along minding its own business. But when it sees Kirby, it runs like crazy as its first instinct, then it jumps even higher. When Kirby tries to inhale him. Boing Doing can kick Kirby with those big feet. 3 Comments, 26 Votes (-19%)
Image by Bimblesnaff. Cirky - From Catstorm on February 10th, 2010 A white, cloud-like enemy that has the shape of a slightly squished star. It has four green balls rotating around the bottom of its body that serve as limbs. It has a large eye with a brown pupil in the center. Its feet are sticky and can attach to walls. Most of the time, when approached, a Shotzo will shoot it out instead of a cannonball, and the Cirky will attach to a wall or the ceiling. The way to notice that a Shotzo has a Cirky inside is that it will not point at Kirby. From there, it will walk around on the ceiling until it falls upside-down on Kirby, taking damage. The easiest way to destroy it is to shoot it with Beam or Laser. 3 Comments, 25 Votes (-12%)

Krawk - From Kirbypie123 on February 10th, 2010 Krawk is a small purple bird that is about Kirby's size. He has a short tail, a yellow beak that is kind of dome-shaped, and little yellow talons like Coo. He has a smiling face and big blue eyes. Krawk only appears on island and mountain stages. He is always just lazily flying around with an item in his claws and inflicts Waddle Dee damage if touched. But unless you totally need it, do NOT take the item he is holding. Krawk will go beserk and use a spin drill attack to attack Kirby. Abilities do not work on Krawk when he is in this phase, but don't inhale it either or Krawk will struggle around for a few seconds before flying off with his item, taking whatever boost it gave you ( -1 Hp for food, back to original health for Maxim Tomato, -1 life for 1-Up, and -invincibility for Invincible Candy.) If Krawk is not inhaled, his attack will knock Kirby over and inflict damage and Krawk will resume his normal movement phase. 4 Comments, 25 Votes (-4%)

Speedy - From Wannabe on February 9th, 2010 Speedy is a light blue sphere, with two eyes, two dark blue legs and no arms. Speedy, despite the name, doesn't run, but hovers. He usually remains sitting on ground, until Kirby comes around, then he'll jump into the air, and kick his legs to fly in the air. If he gets tired, he'll slowly descend to the ground, trying to bump into Kirby. if Kirby tries to fly past him, Speedy will try to jump on Kirby, knocking Kirby downwards, this can make Kirby land in a pit if he isn't careful. 1 Comment, 24 Votes (0%)

Wally - From Cloudodom on February 9th, 2010 Wally's brown body is round, with the bottom a little bit flatter and wider than the top. He has a beaver tail behind him and has flippers-like appendages. The flippers are brown near the body, and black near the tip. The ones he walks on thicker than the ones on his hands. He has a black beak and claws on all limbs. He also has two little spikes of hair on top of his head. Wally can be found on either water or land. In the water he uses his tail and flippers to swim. On land he walks around like any other enemy. He attacks by spitting out poison. In the water he spits out a purple bubble which floats in front of him. Wally than smacks the bubble with his tail, launching it at Kirby. On land he spits out droplets of poison at an angle. These droplets are a bit faster than the bubbles, but have shorter range. Wally can easily be inhaled. 5 Comments, 24 Votes (12%)

Lashy - From Marxroller on February 9th, 2010 Lashy is a cream colored dome with long, stick like legs that have wooden blocks as feet on the end. He is wearing a super hero mask over his small eyes. His mouth is always open really wide with his tongue hanging out. At first, Lashy is just strolling around. When Kirby gets near, he runs towards him and licks him. Kirby is now much slower until the drool wears off and lost some health. Lashy resumes strolling around. 2 Comments, 24 Votes (25%)

Cripa - From Marxroller on February 7th, 2010 Cripa is a white ball with 3 tails that have small balls on the ends, one tail coming out of each side, and one coming from the bottom. Her mouth has thin, red, uneven lips and small, sharp teeth. One of her eyes are reptilian, and the other has no pupil/iris. She wears a red stocking hat with a spear head on the end. Cripa uses her tails as legs and arms. She likes to climb on walls and ceilings. She is invisible until you get close to her,and when she does appear, she rapidly uses her tails to grab small pieces of the floor (nothing happens to the ground, it's still there) and throws it at you. If there is lava or spikes or other painful things (but not other enemies) nearby, she will try to use those things. 6 Comments, 24 Votes (-8%)

Homei - From metakirby on February 4th, 2010 He is a purple puffball with blue feet, no arms, and has a propeller hat. He flies around with his propeller hat carelessly. When he gets almost right above Kirby, he will start flashing for a little bit. After he is done flashing, he turns red, his propeller turns into fire on his hat, and then he dives really fast at Kirby. 5 Comments, 27 Votes (-14%)

1-Up Eater - From keebylover on February 1st, 2010 A blue ball about the size of Kirby, it is a blob that has two rows of teeth and a spike on its head that extends to a certain distance that prevents Kirby from using his air puffs to take it out. It attacks by landing on the player and biting. It also does the attack if Kirby tries to inhale it. 1-Up Eater not only causes Kirby to lose his ability and take damage, it also grabs one of Kirby's lives and eats it. The life can be recovered if the player beats it in thirty seconds after it eats said life. 1-Up Eater can usually be found near another enemy which Kirby can inhale and spit out, and because 1-Up Eater takes only one hit to defeat, it can be beaten this way. Kirby can also use an ability to take it out. 1-Up Eater will also eat anything, and will eat all life restoring items unless Kirby takes it out. 11 Comments, 29 Votes (-27%)

Elevador - From Chibi- Pohatu on January 31st, 2010 Elevador is a two-wheeled, orange forklift with yellow, dull eyes. There's the classic construction stripe setup on his "arms." Elevador has an odd fascination with stacking barrels into tower setups. Usually there's multiple of these guys working on one tower. These folks can come in handy for Kirby, as they can unwittingly work as a team to help him get to a doorway that's out of his reach. All Kirby has to do is climb inside a barrel and wait for an Elevador to come along. He will then pick the barrel up and take it over to a tower. Another Elevador will take the barrel and put it higher up on the tower, and so on, until Kirby gets to the doorway that he needs to be at. However, Kirby needs to be careful to get out at the doorway -- sometimes another will pick him up only to mistakenly drop him, causing him to fall to his death. 7 Comments, 29 Votes (-34%)

Tadcha - From Iko-kun on January 29th, 2010 Tadcha is a robo-tadpole with a propeller on the front side and a little tail coming out from the back. This is an aquatic enemy, you can find him in some underwater caves. His body is spherical and the top and the bottom part of his body opens to pull out two flashing lights when you hit him. His eyes are rectangular. The upper half part of the eyes is black, and the lower is white. This enemy is invincible. Underwater, where there are strong currents, you can't go in normally without an Animal Friend. This foe always (or mostly) swims where a water current is. He swims slowly with his tail and his propeller. When he come out from the current, you can hit him, but he does nothing if you hit him with your standard bubble shot, and you can't hit him except for the propeller, because he make another small current around him simply swimming. If you hit him on the propeller with anithing you can use underwater, he stops swimming... The flashing lights come out from his body and the propeller starts to rotate in the opposite direction. If you hit him when behind you there is a water current, this foe can stop it for a while, and you can go in. Mind that when he change the propeller direction, create a small current in front of it, so if you hit him in the wrong direction and if there are things like spikes on the back wall... isn't nice going agaist spikes! 6 Comments, 31 Votes (0%)

Woodstake - From Kiroscarby on January 25th, 2010 Woodstake is simple stake created of wood. It has a cylinder form with a edge tip in the end of this, has a round base in the top that has wood rings on it and in the first part of the cylinder has a part with some wood rings that simulate it's eyes. Has two type of woods, yellow wood (it's weak point) and brown wood (it's strong point). Although this tip is of yellow Wood it is its most powerful weapon. Woodstake only has one way to attack the opponent, it always appears embedded in the ceiling and only its tip is visible, with its wood rings it can detect the opponent and when him is under it, it start to attack him, only need freedom of the ceiling to fell of the ceiling and attack the opponent. But it has a second function, it can be use as a item to help you. Woodstake can't be inhaled. When Woodstake is in the floor is vulnerable, but not all abilities can defeat it, only few abilities as: Hammer, Rock, Metal and Final Abilities can defeat it and when is defeated it use the power of a simple stake as in some games. The tip of Woodstake plus the applied force of the ability can break the floor, a wall and even the ceiling and sometimes this help Kirby to access in inaccessible areas to discover new areas, get new items or find the exit. Although not ever this power is good because if the floor breaks quickly Kirby can't react to this and he can fall and lose a life. 10 Comments, 34 Votes (38%)

Tryse - From Donez35 on January 23rd, 2010 Tryse is a yellow, circular being. It is like the outline of a circle, only with about a sixth of the circle missing and a line through the middle of this circle. It spins as it moves. Tryse imitates food. If Kirby inhales or touches Tryse as he would to eat food, Kirby is damaged. If Kirby attacks the disguised Tryse, it is revealed as the enemy, not the tasty snack it appears to be. It then flees through the landscape. In it's revealed form, it cannot be inhaled. A disguised Tryse can easily be avoided by just jumping over the food, like you would do normally if you did not want to eat it. Only being attacked disturbs a Tryse. 5 Comments, 30 Votes (-50%)

Cleeve - From Kirbob123 on January 23rd, 2010 Cleeve is a little brown circluer bunny that's about the size of Kirby and has sharp fangs, little ears and a small circular tail. Cleeve will try and ram Kirby. If he's successful, Kirby will be sent flying across the screen. Also he will try to bite him. Cleeve behaves by hopping around (because he's a bunny), and, when Kirby is in sight, he'll stop to observe Kirby then attack. Also if Kirby inhales him Cleeve will thrash around inside which will cause damage until he gets out. When Kirby spits him out Cleeve will just remain the same. The only way to defeat him is by use a copy ability. 3 Comments, 31 Votes (-45%)

Gak - From GameQube on January 23rd, 2010 Gak is a strange, orange, chubby bug with 14 legs that is the same height as Kirby but twice as long. Normally, they just crawl around on the ground and up walls if there's one in its path, not harming anyone. If touched by Kirby, he'll just bounce off with no damage done, but if hit with a projectile it will bounce off too, but it might hurt Kirby if hit by the deflection. If Kirby inhales a Gak it will flatten and stretch out like silly putty, also stretching Kirby. When stretched, Kirby cannot move, jump, puff up, or swallow until he spits Gak out, making Kirby an easy target. When spat out, Gak doesn't turn into a star, but runs away quickly. 1 Comment, 30 Votes (-56%)
Image by Bimblesnaff. Check out the artwork by GameQube. Darkly - From mrgameandpie on January 22nd, 2010 Darkly only appears in dark rooms. All that can be seen is his yellow eyes Darkly moves about dark rooms freely. He goes through walls and follows Kirby until Kirby either leaves the room or defeats Darkly by inhaling or attack. When the light ability is used Darkly disappears. When only one is around Darkly is not too dangerous, but if multiple appear and the pathway winds in a complicated pattern Kirby could be in real danger. 15 Comments, 33 Votes (36%)

Hudge - From Chaos Kiwi on January 21st, 2010 Hudge appears to be a square with rounded corners and two small horns like a bull's. It has a large angry eyes, and a large nose ring, but no nose or mouth. It is pale yellow with a single cow hoof. Hudge attacks by hopping quickly forward and trying to ram you. It does not turn well. If it hits a wall, it is momentarily stunned. If faced with a gap, it leaps. It may not always make it all the way across, but it is a very affective at most times. 6 Comments, 28 Votes (17%)

Sweete - From GBContro on January 21st, 2010 Sweete is a blue creature with black feet. Its head is shaped like a bowl, which is filled with candy. When Sweete sees Kirby, it will start running away fast. If Kirby hits it, candy will fall out of his bowl-head that Kirby can eat to replenish health. If you hit him enough, an Invincible Candy will fall out and he will die. However, this is hard to do, as Sweete's speed makes him hard to take out without very long range abilities like Plasma or Bomb. Also, they are always placed near bottomless pits, which they will fall into. 10 Comments, 33 Votes (27%)

Fin and Gills - From lolz on January 21st, 2010 Fin & Gills is a shark creature attached to a fin by a rope. Fin is a green shark dorsal fin with eyes and a mouth. Gills is a green shark with no dorsal fin and curved tail fin. Fin & gills are connected by a rope. Fin & gills are aquatic creatures. Fin is on the top of the water while gills is in the water. When gills sees Kirby, it will charge at him. If Gills is far away from fin he will be dragged. If Kirby goes underwater, Gills will attack. Sometimes Fin will follow down the rope connecting them and attach himself to Gills. When this happens Gills becomes a lot faster but this does not happen often. Most of the time Gills will chase Kirby and drag Fin if he is too far away. If Fin is defeated the rope will break and Gills will freak out for a second and then calm down and go back to his regular pattern. If Gills is defeated, the same thing will happen with Fin. But if the rope is cut (by a sword) both of them will freak out and then calm down. Touching the rope will not hurt Kirby. 5 Comments, 30 Votes (-33%)

Blobball - From Starman125 on January 21st, 2010 Blobball is a blue creature with a smiling face and yellow feet. It is a shape-shifting enemy that can change from a ball shape to a blob shape and vice versa. If it takes damage once, its skin color and expression changes to orange and indifferent, and its walking speed increases a little. If it takes damage twice, then it changes into red and angry, and its walking turns into running. 4 Comments, 34 Votes (-38%)

Incog - From Chaos Kiwi on January 20th, 2010 Incog looks like a round, white creature with large, floppy blue feet. With two white arms that are little more than nubs. No real face, but a pair of fake glasses and a large fake nose with a large mustache. Incog can use a strange ability. Like Kirby, it can inhale things. But only blocks, items, or Waddle Dees. It does so through its mustache. It then becomes what it inhales. If an item, no health is restored. If a block, the can't be inhaled but will turn normal, where it can be inhaled. If a Waddle Dee, it will act normal like a Waddle Dee would, but can't be inhaled, but will turn normal when it would be inhaled. 7 Comments, 30 Votes (-26%)

Nick - From Someone You Remember on January 20th, 2010 Nick is essentially a land-based tunicate with eyes, who spends most of the time sitting on his rump. He comes in a translucent green, red, or blue. His defining features (really, one of his only features) are the 2 wide-holed tubes sticking out of the sides of his head. The larger, usually facing Kirby when he enters the room, is an intake valve; the smaller, opposite the intake, is (naturally) the outtake valve. For the most part, Nick just sits there, staring off into space, not minding Kirby when he enters the room. However, if Kirby tries to suck him up (or gets way too close to warrant ignorance), Nick will instantly do Kirby one up and inhale him into his bodily cavity via the intake valve. Kirby struggles one or two times, losing health as he does, and Nick spits him out through the outtake valve. This is the green variety, however. If he's red, Nick will "chew" on Kirby a few times from inside his bodily cavity before spitting him out. If he's blue, however, Nick comes more in handy; he'll just suck Kirby in and spit him out in the other direction, becoming quite useful as a sort of cannon. 6 Comments, 30 Votes (30%)

Parangerz - From Airride_Master on January 18th, 2010 Parangerz is a blue tube with white eyes on the top. He has two blue sphere for hands, and a red bottom that has 4 upwards points. At his top he has a similar piece like his bottom, except it is colored purple. At the bottom, he also has two rounded red feet connected to his bottom piece. Parangerz is a very simple enemy, in terms of attack and movement. He rushes back and forth on his stubby feet, crashing between two walls, making a small shock-wave when he hits the wall. When Kirby is in his sight, he rushes into him, not stopping until he hits a wall, making a large rock to be flung out, going to where Kirby is positioned. He doesn't walk off cliffs, he just turns around when he gets to one. 6 Comments, 32 Votes (-34%)

Maggy - From Psycho-Knight on January 18th, 2010 A common, stereotypical magnet with feet. Each foot is the opposite color of the magnet side it is on (red side blue foot) with eyes on each colored portion. Like the guide says, cannon fodder. Does Waddle Dee damage when you run into it. They can walk on ceilings and walls. They almost always appear with a Metalum attached to the magnet portion. This grants the Metalum greater speed, but not much else, aside from wall climbing ability. 3 Comments, 39 Votes (38%)
Image by Psycho-Knight. Strug-strug - From kirbystar9245 on January 17th, 2010 Strug-strug is a cute and round yellow creature with large shiny brown eyes with a black pupil and small red shoes. It also has a short tail with two very small spikes. It walks around like a Waddle Dee, but if Kirby inhales and he keeps it in his mouth, Strug-strug will struggle and Kirby will take damage every two seconds so if Kirby inhales this foe, he must spit it out right away. 6 Comments, 39 Votes (25%)

Tow Kat - From JAMESGHOST on January 17th, 2010 Tow Kat has a Traditional Japanese Art type style, and he is based off a Japanese Creature that lives on top of the worlds tallest tower. Tow Kat has a red and white color only design, he always has his eyes closed but they pop out when he gets hurt, on his back is a staff that is red and white like him. Tow Kat is always in a hurry, he will knock any obstacle out of his way with his staff except for other Tow Kats. Tow Kat has the power to Dash up 180 degree walls but he will fall if he reaches a ceiling, then he will have no choice but to turn around. Tow Kat will not attack Star blocks or Bomb Blocks, he will simply just run up them. The preferred area for these guys is places with pillars or a tower. 2 Comments, 39 Votes (25%)

Drib - From Chaos Kiwi on January 16th, 2010 Drib is a round creature. It is lime green and has no arms, legs, or eyes. Just a large drooling mouth with a single large tooth sticking out of it. Drib hops around slowly for movement. It won't go off ledges. To attack, it spits a blue blob of, well, spit at you. The spit can't be inhaled, for if it was it would hurt you. It can be spit either straight or at an angle to hit you in the air. Also, you can destroy the spit before it hits you by hitting it with a star or something. 5 Comments, 34 Votes (-38%)

Flour Pounder - From Sh'irby on January 14th, 2010 A flour sac with eyes and mouth. This foe weighs in at 50 lbs. He will get in the way and jump up and down. When he lands, he creates puffs of flour dust on both sides that are equivalent to a puff of air, making him almost impossible to inhale. He hangs out in tight passages so that you have to defeat him to keep going forward. His weakness is Cook, and when defeated this way, you have a greater chance of cooking up some Maxim Tomatoes and Pep Brew. 22 Comments, 34 Votes (8%)

Tabe Max - From LakituAl on January 14th, 2010 Following Kirby tradition, this foe is a mango shaped blob with a funny face (like this >w<),orange round feet and an orchid colored skin. However, it also has a pair of stubby arms, which help it in the task of dragging a giant marshmallow behind him. Whenever you find it, he is already trying to get away from you -- not because it fears for its life but because Kirby can steal its much treasured candy. As it runs away, the marshmallow turns smaller while it leaves a sticky trace behind it that makes Kirby's walking and running speed decrease. However, jumping, floating and fast abilities such as Wheelie and Jet can help overcome this obstacle and get to where our little orchid blob is. Defeating Tabe Max grants Kirby the marshmallow, which will replenish health depending on the size of the marshmallow. The faster you get it, the bigger it will be. 13 Comments, 33 Votes (9%)

Grenaldo - From LakituAl on January 14th, 2010 Greñaldo is a small cute creature covered with long straight orange hair that hides all of its body except for its feet. However, under all that hair is a cone-like shaped body with a pinkish color and a little smile. No eyes or nose. Greñaldo's movement patterns is not really different, as it only walks around unconcernedly in a Waddle Dee-like fashion. What happens to him when attacked is what should be described. Depending on what attack it receives, its hair will suffer first: Cutter cuts its hair down to a mohawk, Spark gives it a punk hairdo, Tornado combs its hair like Lucas, Mike gives it an Elvis hairdo, etc. Some other attacks can defeat it in a single hit, though, such as Suplex, Throw and Wheel. 11 Comments, 30 Votes (-23%)

Chet - From Nick97 on January 14th, 2010 Chet is light brown coloured and shaped like a drop (with the top part rounded a bit). He has feet and arms are similar to that of a Waddle Dee. His feet are a tannish colour on the bottom. His eyes are squinty (like Nruff's) and he has a small triangle shaped mouth (pointing downward). He is just a bit taller than Kirby. Chet normally just stands in place bobbing his head like he's rocking out, sometimes he'll walk around a bit. Once Chet spots Kirby his eyes bulge out and he faints, seemingly posing no threat. Once he faints he can't do any damage to Kirby but, he cannot be attacked. Because he faints before you can get near him only long range attacks can take him out (with a farther reach than cutter). If Kirby walks past a fainted Chet the enemy will quickly jump up at a 45 degree angle (in an arc) towards Kirby. If Chet at first misses Kirby he will then start chasing Kirby, occasionally jumping in the air. If Chet runs into a wall or another enemy, he will resume standing around and bobbing his head. Chet can be attacked or inhaled at any time except when he has fainted on the ground. 2 Comments, 31 Votes (-6%)

Goob - From kirbykitten on January 14th, 2010 Goob has two purple spikes on his head. His right eye is slightly bigger than the left. Goob has two green arms and two blue feet. He it about the size of Kirby. He can transform into food. If Kirby eats that food he will lose health. It depends on what the food was if it was an Maxim Tomato or 1-Up Kirby will lose a lot of health. If Goob is inhaled nothing will happen (as long as he is not food). Goobs usually start off as food. If it is eaten he will turn into the creature. 4 Comments, 32 Votes (-9%)

Jewlz - From Chibi- Pohatu on January 14th, 2010 Jewlz is a round, black creature with a mysterious smile on his face. His eyes are a purple shade. Jewlz floats back and forth calmly while a satellite of diamonds surround him. While Jewlz cannot be inhaled in this state, his precious diamonds can. You have to be careful when you spit them out at him, though -- the other diamonds speed up whenever you suck one up, and if you hit a diamond, it gets destroyed... which, in turn, also speeds up the satellite. If you fail to hit him with his diamonds and just suck them all up, Jewlz will flee from the scene, and if Kirby fails to eat him in time, he teleports away. 12 Comments, 37 Votes (-18%)

Violush - From KrackoCloud on January 13th, 2010 Violush is something along the lines of blob, colored lavender at the top, and a dark purple towards the bottom. He has a thin, long, and sharp fin-like section running across the top of his head. A land-bound enemy, a small part of his gooey body is stuck on the ground. He also has two arms, whose hands rest on the ground while he lightly rocks back and forth with a smile on his face. When Kirby is within range, Violush will curl up, seep into the ground, and zoom forward at a high speed, his fin protruding out. Violush will stop rushing when he reaches where you previously were, and will reemerge. To dodge Violush, one can either back up or get in the air. Although his rushing attack would be one of the fastest in the Kirby series, his curling-then-seeping animation gives a small heads up, and the fact that Violush may attack you from a relatively far distance away helps as well by giving some more reaction time. 8 Comments, 38 Votes (28%)

Trampoleine - From Adol on January 11th, 2010 Consisting of a flattened acorn-shaped body and two feet, Trampoleine has a convex yellow bounce pad covering his head. Two eyes, similar in shape to Rocky's, are beneath his padded head. Trampoleine's behavior is to alternate running and walking in a constant timely fashion. While Trampoleine can be defeated quite easily, it can be more useful to use its head to spring off of. Bounding off of Trampoleine's head will cause Kirby to spring upwards with the same force of a cannon or Zebon but at only a screen's height. Trampoleine's springboard effect can be used to smash through a small layer of blocks that would block an area nearby overhead, allowing access to some helpful items or other secret goodies. While Kirby can bounce off of Trampoleine's head, touching the sides of Trampoleine would deal normal enemy damage. In addition, while the player could easily remember which rooms the Trampoleines are in, the difficulty would be in timing; sometimes just timing Kirby's jump correctly, and sometimes racing to a Trampoleine and bouncing on it before it moves off a cliff. 20 Comments, 48 Votes (58%)

Psych - From heyitskirby on January 11th, 2010 Psych is a crystal clear sphere shape with two gleaming red eyes, and 1 purple eye on his forehead. He has two floating hands, one holding a bent spoon with blue energy around the spoon. Psych also has no legs. Since Psych has no legs, he can't move on the ground, but with the psychic abilities he possesses, he can levitate and move freely. He does not try to move away from Kirby. Instead he will try to attack by shooting an aura, or swing his bent spoon at Kirby. 4 Comments, 36 Votes (-8%)

Dugdriller - From burningkirby99 on January 10th, 2010 Dugdriller is has a brown arrow head shaped body with a border color of silver. Its two eyes and mouth are all on one side. The other side has triangular spikes vertically down the whole back. The eyes are big, green, radical eyes with a big uni-brow on top. Dugdriller's mouth contains an orange tongue a one sharp tooth on the upper jaw. This foe digs into the ground and drills back up under Kirby. Dugdriller behaves like a heat-seeking projectile, but it goes under ground before it comes up. Sometimes when a Dugdriller goes underground and jumps out, another one mimics its actions a second after. 3 Comments, 41 Votes (-12%)

Mushimash - From Darkmattersamurai on January 10th, 2010 Mushimash looks like a mushroom with two antennae with eyes at the top of each end and two Kirby-like feet. It also has two big spikes on both sides. The Mushroom top is orange and its body is tan. Mushimash just walks around like a Waddle Dee, but once it notices the player it starts spraying out poisonous spores which cause minor damage and can freeze Kirby for a few seconds. 4 Comments, 37 Votes (-21%)

Grabby - From Kirazy on January 10th, 2010 Grabby is, shockingly, a circular specimen. his most noticeable feature would have to be his thin line tail with a white lil' glove attached to the end of it. The glove has the cartoon-ish appeal with the comical number of four fingers. He has a pair of small, gray, chubby ears, and a pair of beady black eyes. Much like a dog, he has a spot, the same color as the ears, over his right eye. Also, Grabby has three limbs, besides his grabbing tail. He has an arm (only one, on the left side of his body) and two legs. His arm and legs are little stumps, pudgy flippers. He also has a devilishly evil grin on his face. His main objective is not to hurt Kirby at all, rather to be a sever inconvenience to him. He hasn't at all any motives for hurting Kirby, in fact, the only way he can you is if you is if one simply waltzes into him by mistake. If Kirby is paired with an animal friend however, Grabby is a different enemy. Grabby will run forward, at a relatively fast pace considering Dreamland enemy standards, and if he comes in contact with Kirby and his pet pal, Kirby will flip backwards, smacked off of his friend by Grabby's big glove, and he will kidnap the animal friend. Grabby then, forcibly riding the unwilling animal friend, hopes for a chance to commit Kamikaze. He runs forwards aimlessly. While trying to escape with the animal friend, Grabby will not jump over walls, instead, he'll just bump of of it, and then run the opposite way. Thankfully, sometimes he'll be stuck between two walls when trying to escape with Kirby's buddies, but other times, if no wall stands in his way, he'll gladly march off a cliff just to make Kirby's life a little more difficult. If Kirby has no animals friend, grabby will have no beef with him, and will stroll forward. When Grabby is escaping, hit him with any sort of attack to have him leap into the air, in pain, then plunging off screen. The animal friend is then up for grabs again. 10 Comments, 46 Votes (34%)

Cylinder Kirby - From Bigyihsuan on January 10th, 2010 Pink, red legs, no arms/hands, looks like a cylinder, and has Kirby's face on the top/bottom. Cylinder Kirby looks exactly like Kirby, but it is a cylinder. If you ever stumble upon this, what ever you do, DON'T INHALE IT! If you do, Cylinder Kirby will roll over you, knocking out half of you health. It can hurt other enemies too, if you don't get hit. It will keep on following you until you reach the end of the level. 10 Comments, 41 Votes (-14%)

Amby - From Wadd the Epic Dee on January 9th, 2010 A small, three limed, cat like creature. Ball shaped, tan fur, brown stomach fur with stubby legs. The ears are also brown, stubby brown tail. The legs and arms left tan. Black nose, beady eyes. One pawed arm just above the stomach. Amby drops from above trying to land on Kirby. Usually hidden out of sight above the screen, most often in thin hallways found from once again, above. When he lands, he either lands on his face or his stubby feet. If he lands on his nubs, he hops towards or away from Kirby depending where it is located. If it lands on its face, it uses its arm to crawl towards Kirby, at a pretty slow rate. Amby often appears in long dark hallways, or occasionally outside in the woods. Sometimes they even jump into pits to their deaths. It dies if you touch it twice. 7 Comments, 36 Votes (5%)

Kahunkalunka - From Darkmattersamurai on January 8th, 2010 Kahunkalunka looks like a miniature Hawaiian tiki. It's a tan character with moss on it. He also has a huge mouth filled with teeth. It just stands still waiting for kirby to come and then he bites Kirby no matter what you do. It can be defeated when Kirby attacks it with an ability or slide, but they're immune to air puffs. 7 Comments, 36 Votes (-5%)

Crazain - From JAMESGHOST on January 8th, 2010 Crazain is an individual in Dreamland. You cannot find him hanging around with other enemies like Waddle Dees and Scarfies. Crazain is only found with others of their kind because of their mental mind, they are wrapped up in bandages because they are very dangerous in combat and there eyes are twitchy as a sign of insanity. It is rare that you'll see this enemy by itself and bouncing freely, you will more often see them in groups closed in with starblocks as a cage. Trust me, they are trapped for a reason. If Kirby accidently breaks a star block holding a Crazain caged, the enemy will jump out boucing every where. He is a very fast character, and can only be swallowed when paralized with a star shot out of your mouth. You can then swallow him but it will give you no ability, but on the plus side you won't have a Crazain jumping every where! The Crazain is a bit like gordo but has no path pattern and attacks you directly. 8 Comments, 43 Votes (9%)

Kibon - From Airride_Master on January 8th, 2010 Kibon Is a furry ball with hair sticking out some places. He also has green feet with small yellow claws. His small eyes stick out through the hair. Kibon mostly hops very high to avoid being killed. Usually he'll follow you until you attempt to kill or damage a enemy. They then rush in front of the enemy, stopping the attack at the cost of its life. If they are in a group, sometimes they make a wall so you can't go through until you kill all of them, or at least most of. Some Kibons can jump slightly higher and they can counter your attacks with a slash, dealing minor damage. 10 Comments, 42 Votes (0%)

Eekers - From Zombom on January 8th, 2010 Eekers is a chimpanzee-looking creature with brown fur and a very long tail. He has a patch of white fur on his chest, and black, angry eyebrows over his eyes. Other than that, he appears like a regular chimpanzee, with ears, a nose, a mouth, and two arms and legs. Eekers will hang out in the level -- literally! His long tail is attached to the ceiling, and he hangs off of it, like an opossum. He will slowly swing back and forth when Kirby is out of sight. When Kirby gets near him, Eekers will start swinging faster and gaining more height on each swing. Also, Eekers can increase or decrease the length of his tail to go higher or lower from where his starting position is, if it is necessary to hit Kirby. Lastly, if Kirby is out of range of Eekers (but still in his line of vision), he will occasionally throw a coconut at him. 2 Comments, 37 Votes (2%)

Werf - From chimera on January 8th, 2010 Werf name may be pronounced "wolf". But, he resembles a pencil. A pencil missing the bottom half, however. His eraser is black, covered by ink. The broken areas act as legs. One eye covers the left half of his body. He has no arms, legs, or mouths. Werf can only be found in areas with power ups, always near them but never right beside them. He walks back and forth, occasionally jumping, but the item doesn't allow him to walk past it or even jump over it. But, he can turn upside-down and turn it into another Werf, by erasing it. He is not dangerous as long as he is alone. More of them can make it harder to get past. But, never too hard. The other way to attack is to jump onto Kirby, but, this is rare. 10 Comments, 42 Votes (-19%)

Temyutee - From pcfan10 on January 8th, 2010 A red water drop-like blob with ovaline eyes. Has the edge of the water drop for hair, also has a puzzled look on its face when Kirby is inside it. Also, when he is knocked back by an ability he is turned yellow from the stunner. Temyutee bounces around as a red water drop. If he makes contact with Kirby, then he will absorb him. This leads to a bounce which takes away one bit of vitality. When you try to hit him with an ability, it will be noneffective and Temyutee shall be knocked back off screen. The only way to kill him is either one use abilities or inhalation. 4 Comments, 39 Votes (0%)

Frolo - From Wannabe on January 8th, 2010 Frolo has centipede-like legs, a big square body, two very large eyes, and about 7 balls to make an antenna on its head. Frolo moves slowly but is able to climb up walls and ceilings. He is very aggressive and will attack anything that tries get close to him. He attacks by swaying his head, using the antenna on his head like a whip. He can also grab Kirby with his antenna and throw him small distances. 7 Comments, 40 Votes (22%)

Capo - From Cloudodom on January 8th, 2010 This enemy is a blob of jelly that's color varies from blue to green. He has two beady eyes when he's awake, but normally sleeps. His tiny mouth blows out huge bubbles. This foe is usually found sleeping, blowing bubbles made out of jelly. The bubbles are about the size of Kirby and hang out of Capo's mouth. If Kirby stumbles into the bubble, he gets caught in the gooey prison. Capo is usually placed on small platforms above an abyss. This enemy is a huge nuisance, because at first Kirby floats for a very short time, when encased in the bubble, but then, the bubble pops, immobilizing him. Being placed above chasms makes it even worse, because it makes Kirby fall into the abyss. He can also be placed on walls. If Kirby is trying to get up a cliff, Capo will be faced down, causing Kirby to fall back down if caught. Another problem, is that he is placed on moving stages, causing Kirby to die. If Kirby avoids Capo, his bubble will increase in size, then pop. Capo will be awakened and will try to run away from Kirby, but his own adhesive, which immobilizes Kirby, is his own weakness, causing him to be stuck to one place. This foe cannot be inhaled. 5 Comments, 38 Votes (-26%)

Blip - From GameQube on January 8th, 2010 Blip is a translucent, one-eyed, drop shaped, green slime with a horizontal line for a pupil. Its body Turns red when it is angry. Blips are very simple enemies that just bounce and hop around, or so it seems at first glance. If a Blip spots Kirby its hue will change from green to red and it will toss multiple rows of slime blobs for about 8 seconds. Afterward it turns back to green and can be inhaled. You can also inhale it when it is red, however you have to dodge the blobs to do that. 6 Comments, 38 Votes (-23%)

Hooks - From WithAHat on January 7th, 2010 Hooks is a grey sphere who can be found in water, bobbing around on the surface. Atop this enemy's head is a fishing rod with a line cast in the water, ending in a hook roughly the size of the foe himself. This buoy-like baddie is immobile, but he is able to draw his line in and out. Doing so makes the hook move up and down through the water. Hooks always positions his hook in front of Kirby, and while it never moves horizontally, it goes upwards and downwards to match Kirby's movements, essentially serving as an impenetrable wall. Should Kirby touch this hook, he will take damage. To get past this obstacle, Kirby must either defeat Hooks, or jump over him. Hooks can lend himself to some interesting puzzles. While his hook is solid and cannot pass through ceilings, his line can. Because of this, there will be occasions when Kirby finds himself with the hook blocking his way, and Hooks above a ceiling he cannot pass through. The solutions to these problems vary, ranging from the tried and true "smash the grey blocks with Hammer," to having to explore around until you find a way through the ceiling. 10 Comments, 48 Votes (45%)

Bio-Hissard - From Waddle Doo Dah Day on January 7th, 2010 Bio-Hissard is a two headed cobra snake that resembles a bear trap. His front head is white, with black eyes and white pupils. Then, at the middle, the color changes to black, followed by, where the tail would usually be, is another head, this time black with white eyes and black pupils. And on both at the back of their hoods is a radioactive symbol. And this color is based on which head they are on. White symbol on black head, black symbol on white. Bio-Hissard is the two head resident of dreamland. Both heads love to pull pranks on Waddle Dees. However, their eyesight is poor, so if your round with two feet, you're in for a shock. Bio-Hissard will burrow in the ground, and bite Kirby when he walks by. They usually hide with the black head on the left, and the white head to the right. If Kirby walks by one of the heads, it will bite him. And if Kirby falls between them, both heads will bite, causing twice the damage. While these two hide good, you can see the tip of their heads stick out. So you can tell when you see them. Because they are ground-bounded, it is recommended that you attack him with a distance ability, like Laser or Wing, or from the top, like Stone. Because these two like the heat, you'll find them at forest, desert, and beach levels. 3 Comments, 43 Votes (-11%)

Noct and Greap - From MarioKirbyFireballer on January 7th, 2010 Noct is a light-grey, pudgy creature that is nearly spherical in shape. He has two black eyes and stuffed-to-bursting cheeks. Greap has a body that looks like a widened cylinder. His hands, which are moderately-large spheres, connect to his body via his arms which are slightly smaller spheres. His fingerless gloves and leather helmet are lightish-blue, while his skin is lightish-orange. He also has no face and dark orange feet. Whenever Noct and Greap are came across, Greap will always be located in an alcove below the path of movement, usually deep enough so as to not be hit by attacks. Noct will be located nearby, specifically at the starting point of their attack. When the duo notices Kirby, Greap, using a rope that is tied to Noct, swings him in an arc in an attempt to hit Kirby. The arc they create isn't very large, measuring about 3 of Kirby stacked atop each other at its height and about 4 of Kirby lined up for the full length. However, due to Greap's strength, Kirby can't suck in Noct, as Greap will hold the rope tight. There are two ways to get around this, however. First off is to defeat Noct with an attack, making their attack useless. The other is to break the rope with a cutting or fire-based ability, turning Noct into a defenseless target or star ammo. On that note, whenever Noct is defeated or the rope is cut, Greap will just plop down and start crying. 3 Comments, 41 Votes (9%)

Colra - From Luca-Kid on January 7th, 2010 Colra is a rather simple enemy. It is a floating light brown ball with a big eye. This eye is either pure red, blue, or green, depending on how much you hit it, whenever Kirby attacks it, it changes color. It has to smaller balls following it that are the color it isn't, i.e. if its eye is red, the smaller balls are blue and green. Colras attacks by shooting rings that home slightly and are the color of his eye. Red ones are faster but home badder, and blue ones home better but are slower, while green rings are in the middle. A note about Colra that it can't be killed regularly. However, there are always 2-3 Colras in the same area: to kill them, Kirby must attack all of them until they all have the same color eye. (As a side note, like with most enemies, Colra has an alternate color scheme: it is a darker shade of brown, and its eye colors are orange, green, and purple) 3 Comments, 40 Votes (-25%)

Flipside - From Chibi- Pohatu on January 7th, 2010 Flipside is a flat block that appears to be made out of cement. He has some sort of bandage cover over his mouth and has bored-looking eyes. He also has thin, scarf-like arms. Kirby enters a room. There's nobody there. Confident, he walks down the corridor only to be ambushed by FLIPSIDE! Flipside disguises himself as the background at first. When Kirby appears, he flips around and transforms into a gray tornado in an attempt to hit the player. If this fails, Flipside will become dazed briefly, only to recover and go at it again. These block-like creatures often appear in a long set and are found in caverns and old buildings. 11 Comments, 42 Votes (0%)

Gravitchilla - From silver-scythe on January 7th, 2010 This is a round and sky-blue bunny-like creature.the tail has balls that float in like air and has a Kirby eyes resemble. When it finds Kirby, it runs very fast and when near him jumps. That is a trick to make Kirby jump before Gravitchilla does so when they both jump they hit each other. Blode - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 The spinning fan consists of a ball with beady eyes upfront. Three pale blades are positioned around its middle and rotate about it to generate an air current. Blode creates air currents, those strong gusts of wind that force the player along a specific direction. Unlike a pipe or spout, it's a tangible culprit who can be taken out to create a safer or even possible passage. It can also appear underwater where it creates strong currents. Pointless Author Commentary: Blode was created as a joke from the term "fan character". This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 6 Comments, 37 Votes (40%)

Munch - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 The feeding freak is two separate halves that aren't even connected. The top is a dark dome lined with jagged teeth at the bottom. A point stretched out from the sides. A pair of closed eyes slant down the front. The lower side resembles the first half, but is flipped upside-down and is a lighter color. Munch eats anything in sight, even things that aren't food. It plows through Star Blocks like air and can unleash whatever they may have been holding back, such as a tide of enemies or mobile Gordo. Munch also eats any items that lie in its path and may be racing the player for a 1-Up. Pointless Author Commentary: Munch, oddly, was created right before another Resorted submitted another entry with a big jaw and squinted eyes named Munch. Wacky! This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 2 Comments, 34 Votes (29%)

Grim - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 This fiend starts out as a solid block of stone with the faint relief of a sleeping face and folded wings. When awakened, it turns into a devilish pudge with a short, pointed tail, a pair of horns, and frills at the side. It has two large, glowing eyes and a protruding tongue. A pair of round feet hang from its body while two wings are attached above. Grim is found as a stone block and can do no harm. However, if the player is careless with attacks and disturbs it, the devil awakens and relentlessly chases down whoever it sees. Not every carved stone block will awaken, so the player may become lax about the threat. Other times, they may have to seek out the right one to continue on the path. Pointless Author Commentary: Grim was actually designed as an Animal Friend but wasn't used as an example in the Animal Friend IF contest. This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 2 Comments, 35 Votes (42%)

Zee and Zive - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 This bug is a fuzzy oval with a dark stripe around her middle. She has two small eyes at her front and a sharp stinger at the back. A pair of buzzing wings flutter at her back. Zive is a beehive that alternates stripes of a lighter and darker color. Zive is found fixed in high locations. At a constant pace, it releases a Zee in the opposite direction one just escaped from. The drone flies downward at an angle but slowly turns upward. The angles of ascent vary between each Zee to create a spread of arcs. Pointless Author Commentary: Zee certainly doesn't resemble a certain Zoe from a prior IF Contest. Nope. This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 2 Comments, 33 Votes (36%)

Bumke - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 The pudge has a round body and stiff, bent tail. Two flat ears flank its wide, fanged mouth. A light patch lies on its belly. Lacking limbs, Bumke hops about slowly and at short distances for a brief time. When it stops, it hurls forth a volley of stars skyward. These shots climb shortly before falling to the ground. Pointless Author Commentary: This guy was originally going to be used as an example mini-boss who gave no ability. This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 3 Comments, 35 Votes (34%)

Lerpus - From Bimblesnaff on January 6th, 2010 This jiggling dome has two points sticking out of the sides of its head. A rim wraps around the bottom of its body. It rolls along the ground on an elastic ball that serves as its foot. Lerpus putts along the floor and turns when it hits a wall. When it falls off a ledge is when it springs into action. After dropping a sizable height, its body flattens out before rocketing skyward. This rebound sends it back to the height it fell from. This allows it to continue paths even if it falls through an empty space. Pointless Author Commentary: This "thing" is actually a doodle that's a few years old. I don't remember why I drew it, but it eventually got a purpose here. This entry is not officially in the contest but is here to serve as an example. 9 Comments, 33 Votes (18%)
