Appearance

Robo Mecha Dedede's appearance in Dream Course is as a giant and somewhat clumsily built mecha modelled after its sole pilot, King Dedede. Its left hand is an open claw, and the right hand a drill. There are bolts on its head and body, and added details such exhaust ports on its stomach and a mechanical pack on its back.

A more menacing version of Robo Mecha Dedede appears in the trailer for Kirby Wii, a modernized mecha form that maintains its signature drill and claw arms. However, it now also features a laser is stored underneath its head, and the head swings open when the laser is to be fired at foes.

Games

Kirby's Dream Course

Robo Mecha Dedede is featured prominently at the end of the game, as King Dedede's trump card and sole boss of the game. Robo Mecha Dedede is implemented in Dedede's absurd attempt to eliminate all of the stars in the Pop Star sky, though striking Robo Mecha Dedede 10 times while avoiding the miniature robotic Dedede clones sent forward. This causes Robo Mecha Dedede to explode in a fiery mess, and King Dedede himself be sent running away as usual.

Kirby Wii

Though not the same as Dream Course's, an upgraded Robo Mecha Dedede (complete with laser attacks and massive armor) was briefly seen in an E3 trailer for Kirby Wii while it was in development for the GameCube. Further details regarding Robo Mecha Dedede will likely be unavailable until the game's patiently awaited release for the Wii.
