Kirby must help these characters in order to gather Heart Stars.
Angel -A sweet angel who's lost her wings.
Bakasa - A weird guy with an umbrella on his head.
Caramelo - An egg with a face.
Chamu and Goku - A sweet, little girl and her monkey.
Cook Kawasaki - Though he's an enemy in some games, here he wants to play games.
Donbe & Hikari - A little child and a girl.
Elieel - An enemy in Dream Land 2, he now hops out of pipes for fun and games.
Gamugael and Little Gamugael - A mother frog and her son.
Geromazudake - One jealous mushroom.
HB-002 - An odd shaped fellow who likes the way he looks.
HB-007 - A peculiar shaped individual that has picky tastes.
Hibanamodoki - A flower with cleanliness in mind.
Kamuribana - A flower who needs a gardener.
Kogoesou - A flower who chose the wrong climate to sow.
Mikarin & Kagamimocchi - A tangerine and rice ball that have been separated.
MuchiMuchi - A funny little guy with a crush on Chuchu.
Nametsumuri - A snail who can't keep track of important things.
Obachan - A granny who wants things nice and clean.
Pierre - A clown who likes to juggle.
Pitcher Man - An athlete with a mean throw.
Piyo and Keko - A hen and her chick.
ROB & Professor Hector - A robot and its creator.
Samus Aran - The bounty hunter herself.
Tamasan - A colorful fellow who wants to test your sight.
Tulip - A peaceful, pretty flower.

These poor fellows are imprisoned by Mini-bosses and get trapped in sacks.
Blob - Gooey's sister. She replaces Chao in overseas versions of the game.
Chao - A captured girl who needs saving. She appears in the original version of the game.
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
Ripple Star Fairies - Ribbon's friends.
Queen of Ripple Star - A cute fairy girl in glasses. She doesn't seem very queen-like.
Misc
Keeby - He looks like Kirby, only yellow. He's more of a rival. Appears as the second player in Kirby's Dream Course.
Mr. Star - A shooting star that Kirby helps in Kirby no Kirakira Kizzu.
Tick Tock Jr. - A little clock that appears in Kirby no Kirakira Kizzu.
Shadow Kirby - Though it's unsure at first, Shadow Kirby is really a good guy.
Whispy Woods - Whispy is usually possessed by Dark Matter or protecting his forest, but other times he and Kirby get along.
Ado - This artist girl is nice, except when possessed by Dark Matter.
Prince Fluff - Kirby's friend and the second player of Kirby's Epic Yarn.
