Kirby can't sing. Try as he might, his voice reeks havoc. Luckily, he can put his terrible tone to use in terrorizing the enemy. With the Mike to amplify his vocals, no one stands a chance.
Mike reappeared in later games as a Copy Ability where three uses of its power were available. For information on this ability, see Mike.

Kirby's Dream Land
The Mike is inhaled like any other item, but, when it is spit out, there is no star produced. Rather than a shot, the Mike is sang into. This creates such a horrible sound that all visible enemies on the screen are destroyed, including the normally indestructible Shotzo. It may be a little embarrassing, but the results are worth it.
