A regular enemy in the Kirby games.
Hot Heat is a stout, armless being with flames pouring out of its back. It has two bumps on the top of its head that contain its eyes. Its mouth is protruding, ever open, ring shaped lips that poke out of its front side. It stands upon a pair of rounded feet beneath it.

Kirby's Adventure
Hot Head can be found walking about. Occasionally, it stops to spit up fire. this comes in two forms: it either launches out a singular fireball that can stretch across the screen at Kirby or it fires out a wavering stream of flame. Both are subject to hitting obstacles and cannot penetrate them.
Hot Head is one of two enemies who grants the Fire ability.
Other Games
Hot Head appears in other games, always with the same behavior as seen in Adventure and always giving the Fire power.
Anime
Hot Head makes a very brief cameo in episode 094 where it is seen undergoing training in a school for demon beasts along with many other Kirby game enemies.
Curiously, they use an older design of Hot Head where it doesn't have flames on its back.
