One of Kirby's Copy abilities.
It's hard to resist the urge to make 'It's a bird! It's a plane!' jokes when looking at Hi-Jump Kirby. Despite the dashing cape and golden, winged circlet, it doesn't allow Kirby to soar through the air, but rather jump high and fast, damaging enemies he hits.

Kirby's Adventure
Kirby leaps into the air in a trail of stars. He can control the direction of his jump somewhat, but care must be taken as he'll become vulnerable at the peak of his jump. Best used against enemies in the air. He can only use this ability in the air, so once he's up, he better hope he got everyone on the way there.
Kirby's Dream Course
Hi-Jump allows Kirby to use a jump shot at any point in his put. The jump follows the default settings of a jump shot at full power. It has no spin and is set straight. There is not any way to set up the guidelines for where he's bouncing to when, so its use must be judged carefully.
Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land
Hi-Jump gains its hat and cape in this version. Use of the ability is altered in that the player can abort the ascent by pressing the button again. Doing so sends out a burst of stars around Kirby that inflict minor damage.
Kirby Squeak Squad
Hi-Jump is improved so Kirby doesn't need to touch the ground between jumps- he can basically jump endlessly in mid-air. And when the right Copy Scroll is obtained, Kirby will be able to jump higher and faster than before.
