A regular enemy in the Kirby games.

Gordo is a very common enemy in the Kirby games, with one purpose- to get in Kirby's way. Gordo is a rare kind of enemy that can't be destroyed by anything- not even Crash! Kirby can't inhale it, all he can do is avoid Gordo.

Gordo is a simple gray metal ball with two big eyes, and with six spikes on it's side that move in and out in unison. Gordo normally floats in the air, either stationary, or moving in a pattern back and forth, or up and down. Sometimes Gordo will just move along walls or floors as well.

Gordo changes little from game to game, always with the same look and pattern.

Gordo's first appearance. Gordo is not replaced in Extra Mode, as its already tough to beat.

Gordo actually appears in a variety of Mini-Games that Kirby must complete to get Heart Stars. In this version, Gordo come in a variety of colors and expressions. For most of the games, Kirby must correctly identify the right Gordo from a group.

Kirby Air Ride

Gordo cameos as an item in this game, however, there were a mistranslation and it was called 'Golden Spikes'. It allows Kirby to throw massive, building-sized Gordos at enemies.
