A regular enemy in the Kirby games.
Gansan is a pile of three rocks, each one equally sized. Two are positioned on the bottom which support the third, set above, between them. The top stone has a pair of thin eyes on their face. As it rolls forward, the stone going on the top gains the face while the one put to the ground loses it.

Kirby's Dream Land 3
Gansan slowly rolls at a steady pace. The rock in the back position swings up top as the former head switches to the ground. It continues this broken pace forward. It lacks any manner of real attack. When swallowed, it gives the Stone copy ability.
