A regular enemy in the Kirby games.
Flotzo is an octopus. It has a round head with eight tentacles emerging from beneath it. It has tiny eyes and wears a stern look. Its mouth is a round, stout snout.

Games
Kirby's Dream Land
Flotzo can be found in Float Islands. It either springs out from the water and soars into the air or is floating around through the air or water. It has no form of attack other than direct contact.
Flotzo appears in the Extra Game and replaces Squishy. It moves faster than the squid and steers itself towards Kirby.
Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble
Flotzo can be found in the water. When Kirby tries to cross a boardwalk to travel over water, it reveals itself and tries to knock him off.
Anime
Flotzo makes a very brief cameo in episode 016. The demon beast Octakon in episode 001 also bears a striking resemblance to Flotzo in color and shape.
