A cute penguin enemy who seems to be frightened of Kirby, and always tries to run away from him when he approaches. He seems to be a fairly clumsy fellow, and trips over himself when he tries to run away. He is called Emp because of his similarity to the emperor penguin, but his personality certainly doesn't match.
His Japanese name comes from the word meaning 'to be in a hurry'.
