Caramello is an egg-shaped fellow found in the third stage of Sand Canyon. It has an oval body that is white on top and yellow beneath with two tiny stick legs. He is usually chewing bubble gum. He performs the Heart Star Mini-Game How Many of the Same Face where many Gordo are flipped over with different faces, and the numbers of each grouping need to be remembered. Getting the correct answer three times in a row earns his Heart Star.
