Bloon resembles it's namesake, a balloon, by doing nothing except floating left and right. Bloon only appeared in Kirby Canvas Curse, where it was the sole provider of the balloon ability.

Bloon does nothing except move left and right, with no method of attack. If Kirby attacks it, he will obtain the balloon ability.
