Walky.JPG
Walky1700 viewsToday is Walky Wednesday. This walking microphone always gives Kirby the mike ability, as is no surprise. He spends his day akwardly wobbling around, shouting obcenities, and spewing things from his mouth-- what a bum! His mouth happens to be just the space between the amplifier and the base of his body. Contrary to popular belief, Walky's singing is actually worse than Kirby's! At least Kirby can sing different tunes- with Walky, all you get is a repetative and annoying "WAAAAHAAAAN", plus flying music notes...2 commentsDedede-Daimyo

Chilly Ultra1694 views(Description to be updated with more unique writing after Newyears.) This is the first wave of my super-special, Ultimate Kirby Super Star sculpture series, for KRR Christmas 2009. Check back again in eight days for seven new figures. Happy Holidays from the 3D Daimyo~!2 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Pon_Con.JPG
Pon & Con1689 viewsAnother double-team update so soon? This July 4th, I present Pon and Con, in all their furry-fury. They attack in the same manner as Nruff & Nelly, running across the platformed stage with their children (mini Pons & Cons) trailing. Pon is the Tanuki; his name comes from the sound of the mythical creatures drumming on their stomachs. Con is the Kitsune; his name derives from the call foxes are said to yelp. Some would think that these two are cruel to send their children out to battle along with them, but that is not the case. P&C are single parents who both care for their litters the best they can. They put themselves in harms way so their children may survive... Some of my most favored bosses.3 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Tick.JPG
Tick1685 viewsTick is very bipolar. At one moment, the little critter can be simply sitting in place, eyes all watery, acting sweet and innocent, and a split second later, he can be marching the war path, just looking for someone to skewer with his extending spike. His mood shifts actually spike according to Kirby's position on screen, in relation to the mean blob. Tick is completly void of detail except for his schitzophrenic face and his red uni-horn. Lacking anything more to say about him, let's ponder this for a second... Tick: the misbegotten hybrid of Ometon and Diddgery? LOL5 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Broom_Hatter.JPG
Broom Hatter1683 viewsHe (or she) is such a sweet enemy :) Broom hatter is a little witch who focuses all her time into cleaning the floors of Dreamland. Even appearing in the majority of Kirby's games, she really got her chance to shine in KDL3, as Kirby was able to copy her sweeping ability to become Clean Kirby. She is also one of the Dreamlanders whose body is not completely round. Just like how Waddle Dee seemingly lacks a mouth, BH's eyes are hidden as well. Blame it on Dreamland simplicity.3 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Boboo.JPG
Boboo1679 viewsA walking fireball? How original! This particular figure is of the miniboss Boboo, and not the smaller version known as Bobo. However, both are nearly identical, so unless there was some way to compare size, this figure could easily fool you. In battle, Boboo charges at Kirby, parallel to the ground, untill he collides with a wall. Debris is then scattered, which Kirby can inhail for ammunition. This simplistic midboss is the creation of Shinichi Shimomura, solely appearing in Kirby's Dreamland 3. I did not make his cousin, Efrite, from KDL2, and probably never will, unless I get overwhelming responce to do so...5 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Jumpershoot.JPG
Jumpershoot1676 views"Pyon Pyon" Now bear witness to Mr. Kasabake, himself! With his single eye and long lolling tounge, "Kuru Kuru" Jumpershoot rapidly ascends to the sky! Asore! Let's hear it for the Yokai, yo! There is little doubt that this particular parasol miniboss is one of my favorite characters in the Kirby series. His battle tactics are the same in both of his appearences, KDL2+3; he will kick off his geta as a projectile, to Kirby's aid, or spin into a tornado, allowing him a few moments of invincibility. Like a handful of other creatures in Dreamland, Jumpershoot has roots in Japanese lore, specifically the Tsukumogami Karakasa-Obake. Catch him and other mentioned ghouls this Halloween in my big "Gegege no Kitaro/ Kirby" cross-over! His relative is Drifter.1 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Eleel.JPG
Elieel1666 viewsUnagi Eli Eel is his full name. This slimy sucker first "poped up" in KDL2 as a regular enemy. Similar to a Piranha-plant, he would emerge from pipes and try to catch Kirby off-guard. Elieel later showed up in KDL3 as a friend. If Kirby could pass his minigame, he would reward with a valuable Heart-Star. Elieel ducks into a row of pots, along with an assorted veriety of Gordos, and the player must determine which pot houses Elieel in the end. Kindof like that gambling game of cups-and-coin. His cozy cove is Ripplefield.3 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Habooki~0.JPG
Haboki1666 viewsRight out of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice", Habooki is the miniboss for the clean ability, only appearing in KDL3. She fights by closing in on Kirby and sweeping a ball of dust at him. She can also jump high into the air, and try to smash Kirby under her bristles on her decent. Habooki is based on Tsukumogami from Japanese folklore: ordinary objects which gain a soul after 100 years of good care. She is a Hoki-Obake, ghost broom, far less popular than her cousin, the great Jumpershoot. This figure is actually quite tall, including the vertically-pointing handle.4 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Cappy.JPG
Cappy1664 viewsA walking mushroom with cap and stem. They flail their arms about like nobody's business and always have that blank expression on their faces. The animated series really gave them a bad rap- taking away their caps, and making them the Toads of Dreamland. They seem to be based on Haniwa clay figures of ancient Japan. If Kirby is without ability, he must first inhale the Cappy's top, then either swallow it or use it as ammunition against the foe's defenceless body. Blopper is his relative. You cant help but love this guy.2 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Chilly.JPG
Chilly1664 viewsA double-decker snowman that yields either the freeze or ice ability. Chilly wears a fez-type hat on his head, and a collar with a bell around his neck. He is one of the more popular baddies around Kirby, in part to him being a helper character in KSS. They attack by either releasing a small blizzard shield around them, or through other ice-based attacks, like dropping icecicles, etc. His appearence changes subtlely throughout the games, fluxuating between this look, and something more similar to Benny.4 commentsDedede-Daimyo
Keke.JPG
Keke1663 viewsIt's Kiki Delivery Service time! Is it just me, or do alot of the recent characters seem to be take-offs of real-world ideas instead of being completely original creations? So unlike the Kirby series... Anyway, this cat-girl first appeared in KDL3 as holder of broom/clean ability. She would gently float around in the air, homing in on Kirby at slow decent. One inhail is enough to take her out; but if attacked directly, Kiki would fall from her broom and tumble away off stage. She later cameoed in the Crystal Shards as a background character. Look for the cute witch in many different varieties in the upcoming awesome Kirby Cosmic Chaos Fangame (tilde-bang)4 commentsDedede-Daimyo
