His name is Meta Waluigi, and here's the
Mario Cursed Image lore:
When Metaknee fell in love with Meta Knight,
Waluigi was devistated. After nearly 2 years of
neglection, He decided to fuse with Meta Knight
to get her attenton back. He also made an army
of Cursed Mario abominations to make him a
harder opponent in battle. There is a hero who
wants to defeat Meta Waluigi. His name is
Sexy Boom-Boom:

Sexy Boom-Boom is a rejected member of the
Cursed Mario Image army. He knows Meta
Waluigi's weak spot - that blue bulb on his back.
That blue bulb is Meta Knight, and he's the source
of his power. The more you hit Meta Knight, the
weaker Meta Waluigi gets. That spot is really
hard to hit, because before you have a chance to
hit it, Meta Waluigi transforms his wings into a
cape. But that doesn't stop Sexy Boom-Boom.

Then all of Meta-Waluigi's army died of being bad and Meta Knight succesfully unfused with Waluigi.
THE END.

Epilogue:
Sexy Boom-Boom cried to death because he never had a purpose
Metaknee happily left bler past behind to make more pasts to leave behind
Meta Knight was glad Metaknee didn't get to ruin him even more
Waluigi almost cried to death too, but he heard that he was getting his own game so he lived
