Kirby's Rainbow Resort

This is exactly what it says on the tin. Do you think underwater boss fights can be in a modern traditional Kirby game?

I think it can happen even though Kirby's abilities are heavily restricted underwater, by having half of thr arena submerged, so that Kirby can fight in the top half of the arena regularly, and the boss can hide in the water below unless the player wishes to confront it face to face.

I think they could be a lot of fun. They were pretty neat in Rainbow curse.

I think it could be pretty neat. They could have a puzzle-based boss where you fight, maybe a Mutated Blipper or something, and you'll have to raise and drain the water for specific purposes.

For example, if you drain the water, the Blipper will be helpless and flop about on the ground. That's your cue to attack! And also when you drain the water, you can press a switch/use Beam/ESP/Spark(Plasma) to make the floor electrified. Then you can raise the water again and...water doesn't gel with electricity very well, as you know.

I think that could be a great boss fight and something new for the Kirby series.

They've been in the series before. Acro in Dreamland 3 was fought underwater and Gobbler(?) in Amazing Mirror was fought in a halfway submerged arena. Nothing has drastically changed in the Kirby formula since then to my knowledge, so it should still work fine.

Well, like I said, the formula hasn't changed that drastically, so underwater bosses should still logically work just fine.
