Unless you mean in the Passport, in which case that feature has never existed, so there wouldn't be anything to bring back.

Nevermind, I found out you have to be at least 13 to have an avatar. I'm turning 13 in under a month, so it's no big deal.

Ah, COPPA. There are a few things that won't let you do which could reveal "identifying information". The least phpBB could do is provide a non-stupid error message.

Funny that the easiest way around COPPA is just for someone to come out and say "I'm not thirteen yet." Way to protect children from, um, things COPPA~!

Ok, I turned 13 on Sunday, and it still says the same thing, maybe I set the wrong birthdate on my profile when I registered? I don't know what's going on.

Your profile says you are 13. Maybe there's a glitch that keeps you in underage status even after you pass 13? Maybe you could make a new account?

This one has a posted age of 14, but was actually 10 and thus given the "Star Dreamer of the Younger Days" banner.

Apparently, anyone with "Star Dreamer of the Younger Days" banner doesn't get an avatar and that banner is given out to anyone who joined KRR before turning 13 years of age. Yes, there are quite a number of people with that banner today, despite actually being in their 20s even.

An admin would have to change your banner, KEEBY64.

I guess I'll have no avatar forever. Eh... oh well. Maybe Mints will change my banner.

You could PM Mints or another admin about it. This way, you would finally get a coloured Kirby on your banner.

I'm pretty sure this sort of special rank thing is not the recommended way to implement COPPA in phpBB -- for exactly the above stated reasons.
