Kirby's Rainbow Resort

I made this account in 2004. Only one post of that times remains, unfortunately.
I was 15 years old then, working with RPG Maker for all my free time.
I am now almost 23 years old and trying my hardest to get into the game industry, although I'm unsure which path to pursue (art/coding/3D-graphics/etc.)

I remember trying to make a Kirby game in RPG Maker 2003, I competed against a guy named something like MetalStarmanNess, who was also making a Kirby game.
I also remember when we all had to move to a girl's forum (Lucrecia?) because this site had problems, and we all fought each other in one topic.

Yeah this is a completely pointless nostalgia fuelled topic, my apologies. I just randomly remembered this place and wanted to see if it still exists, and my account as well. I'm pleased it still does :) Even my avatar is still there, although I'm not allowed to use it xD

And still loving Kirby games

Whoops. I'm not really a KRR old-timer(only been here for 5 years!) so I don't really have any memory of the stuff you talked about. But now you've got me feeling all nostalgic anyway.

I remember my own early days on KRR back in 2007. I remember when my brother and I worked together making a Kirby based RPG maker game of our own. It sucked.
I remember when the forum had ranks that would change depending on your post count. I used to post a whole lot in hopes of getting cool ranks.
I remember when I'd go by the name "Two Tails."
I remember when the forum had that old Meta Knight theme and I'd use it all the time. Good times.

I didn't really have many friends back then. The ones I did have are all gone now, and although I guess I've made a few new ones, I still feel rather out of the loop and out of place here. Oh well.

I've only been registered here for about a year but have lurked on and off for years and years...

I don't really have a lot to say but I do enjoy reading everyone else's thoughts and ideas. Goodness knows, I've been on a lot worse forums!!

Good to get you guys feeling nostalgic! I've been listening to nu-metal (as terrible as most of that genre is) lately as well, and it made me nostalgia hard as well. Guess I'm on a major nostalgia trip lately?

Sure I might post a bit here and there, I like the fact this place seems to still look similar to the past!

Yeah, it's nice to come back to somewhere familiar. So many sites and forums are constantly changing that it's comforting to visit a safe and stable place... :)

PS: Nice to see you posted a little quicker than your eight year record! :P
