Ok, i'm bad at making topics but this topic is for people who is practicing RP and needs to understand how it works so,

I'm choosing Fighter Kirby to help so ask if you need help and he'll answer it.

((Actually, Master, we already have a story planned and things. Just making a post in Proving grounds as opposed to PM. It's just Glock and myself rping for now, though everyone else can give OOC critique.))

It was a rather crisp, cool afternoon in Yicassa city. Planet 'Nion was like this all of the time, however, and had been a prime target for Frieza's planet trade business back in the day. The people of this planet have become sort of xenophobic because of this; that is, they were, and still are, very fearful of outsiders. Refugees from some of Frieza's earliest targets had relocated here for safety, and the planet now had a very robust collection of races calling it home. Tuffles, Namekians, even a Saiyan or two now called 'Nion home. Thus why Glock, even with his good intentions, would bee seen as a threat. After all, Frieza's former primary grunt force was completely comprised of Saiyan warriors. Without knowing Frieza had been defeated, most of the denizens feared his eventual arrival; which would no doubt be heralded by a Saiyan.

However, not all feared this day. There were a few who actually looked forward to it... and their eagerness would soon be answered as a brilliant ball of light parted the clouds in the sky, the planet's two moons the backdrop of it's rapid descent. There was a large crash as the ball careened into the ground far below, just outside of the city's limits...

After patching up from training on namek, and another one of the saiyans that escaped from Frieza, This man was sent from namek on his space pod, he traveled for 6 days and saw a planet on his way, he pressed the button to land in the planet called Nion, He landed near around the lake in the city, when he approached he was wearing Fighting cloths and had Spikey hair, no one knew what was he, Though his name was Glock, That what he calls himself, like a pistol name,"Hmm, i wonder where i look first" Glock said as his first sentence on planet Nion.

As Glock trudged away from his Saiyan space pod the wind was picking up slightly. It was dusk, and as the sun was falling below the horizon it lit up the moons and debris ring around the planet like a halo. Glock didn't get very far, however. He soon could hear heavy footsteps, and a lot of them. He was coming up a hill as he headed towards the city of Yicassa, and soon found himself looking upwards at a line of soldiers, rifles trained down the hill at him.

"Freeze, outsider!" One of the soldiers yelled. They were all completely covered in high-tech looking armor, their helmets completely encasing their heads. This one in particular seemed to have a different insignia on his chest than the others, seemingly singling him out as a leader. The soldier to his right seemed to be scanning Glock with electronics in his helmet, as lighted symbols could be seen flashing inside of the visor.

"No mistaking it, Sir!" The other soldier beamed, his visor still clicking and beeping. "He's one of Frieza's!"

The commander looked up slightly, past Glock and into the distance. He caught glimpse of the space pod rather quickly, and grunted.

"...No doubt," The commander grunted grimly, " They've finally found us...What does the scouter say?"

"...I...Inconclusive, Sir. It's registering pretty low...but..." The soldier stated, faltering.

"Right..." The Commander lamented, and then looked back towards Glock, "Prepare...to open fire, men!"

As Glock walked slowly toward a building, the moon starts to shine, while the sun starts to go down, Heavy foot steps were coming from the east side, and there was alot of them, Glock got frightened and didnt know what to do, "Hey, i bet its one of Frieza's men!" The commander yelled, "Yeah, he looks like them what should we do sir?!" One of the soliders said. "We should kill him! OPEN FIRE!" The Commander Yelled.

((You should probably actually write a reaction to what happened in my post, as opposed to simply repeating everything I said lol.))

Glock got trapped by these soilders and the soilders wanted to take him down.

((You can do better than that, lol. What would someone do if they were suddenly surprised by a platoon of soldiers? Wouldn't he say something or react in some way? I don't think he'd simply roll over without even flinching.))

Glock was shocked that there were alot of soliders coming his way, he didnt know what to do, but he had an idea, that he had to reason with them.

(( hey Fighter i have an idea, why dont you role play with your character and i role play my character, and if i make some mistakes you can correct it.))

((Well, that's what we're doing. I'm just setting it up, because there will be times in other RP's where you'll be in simple story situations like this. You need to learn how to role play all around, not just specific circumstances. So, like I said...what would Glock do in this situation? He's just been surprised by a platoon of soldiers...I highly doubt anyone would just roll over without even saying anything. Think about what type of person Glock is, and how he would react...and you need some more description as well.))

Glock was trying to reason with the army soliders, "Listen, i'm not trying to harm no one!" Glock yelled, Glock stepped back for a moment knowing they would probably shoot. "Cease fire!, How do we know your not lieing ey?" The commander said. "If i came to destroy the planet, would it had happed right know?" I said.

((Two things : Since I introduced the soldiers, I'll roleplay them, since I'm the one who understands their personalities. The other thing is you slipped and used first person perspective again at the end of your post, lol. Otherwise, it was decent.))

"Ok shoot me, whenever becuase i can show that i'm harmless around here, so let me leave, Pretty please?" Glock asked, Glock started to step back a little more.

"...Did he just say...'pretty please'...?" The Commander questioned, his shoulders sinking in disbelief. "...Ain't no way in Hell one of Frieza's goons would talk like that! What do you think, Cado?"

From behind the commander came two males of similar stature. That's about where the similarities ended, however. One of them was a Namekian, and his avocado colored skin was quite the contrast to his black, red and white getup. He wore a black hooded, sleeveless coat over top a white, low-cut shirt with intricate red trim. His entire abdomen was wrapped in a long red sash, it's tails hung down low flapping against his white and black pants. He had a sort of gold-metallic choker around his neck, with matching, hefty-looking clawed gauntlets on both forearms. His feet and shins were equally armored.

Beside the Namekian, stepping forward at the call of his name, was Cado. This man had a slightly tan complexion, deep black eyes and a scar across the bridge of his nose. His hair was a deep indigo in the right light, but most of the time appeared to be jet black. His locks were spiky, though they were combed backwards as much as possible with a few shocks of it falling across his forehead. He was garbed in an outfit with a similar color palette as the Namekian; white, red and black for the most part. He wore a tight black undershirt that was visible beneath the white and red gi he wore over his upper body. His midsection was wrapped with a black sash as opposed to red, which draped over a red hide-like piece of armor that extended from the sides of his hips and sloped down to just behind his knees. His boots and arm guards were nearly identical to his counterpart's, and he wielded a heavy looking sword across his back.

"...No way he's with Frieza, not with that demeanor," Cado responded, his arms folded in front of him.

"He's wearing Namekian-style clothing," The Namekian stated after Cado finished speaking.

"You're right, Row," Cado replied, uncrossing his arms and bringing his hand up to his mouth to shout. "Who are you, and where are you from?!"

"I'm from namek, as you can see, look at my clothing!" Glock yelled, he turned around and started saying something, "These people have hard looking, i think there are death" Glock giggled silenty, Glock turned around smiling at the soliders like there was no tommorow.

((I think you mean hard of 'sight' , not 'looking' lol. I also think you mean blind instead of death ( I think you meant 'deaf') since being deaf means they can't hear, where blind would be attributed to their eyes. Grammar, grammar, grammar! lol))

Row's ears twitched.

"From Namek, you say? Then you should know I can hear everything you're mumbling down there with these ears," Row bellowed, coldly. Namekian hearing was second to none, something that had obviously slipped Glock's mind. "So you can wipe that stupid smile off of your face."

"Easy, Row..." Cado said, placing his right hand on his comrade's shoulder. Row grumbled and looked off to the side.

"Why are you here?" Cado questioned, " This place should be uncharted on the system directory..."
