Personally, I have to go with the Nintendo 64.

If we were counting handhelds I'd say the Nintendo DS.

I'd have to say the SNES. It had Kirby's Dream Land 3, Super Star, EarthBound, Chrono Trigger (and technically Radical Dreamers), HyperZone, Super Mario World, A Link to the Past, Rockman and Forte, and Mega Man X-X3. The NES started just about every one of these and the N64 and Playstation capitalized on some. The GameCube and Wii had very good games, but not many of them because the rest was all super-casual stuff. I'd have to say the SNES is the best.
Handhelds are much trickier, because they ALL had very many very good games. If I had to choose, I'd say 3DS soley for it's backwards compatibility with DS games and the Virtual Console and ambassador's program seem to cover (or will probably eventually cover) the Game Boy/Color and Advance library sufficiently.

SNES is actually the correct answer.

I would say SNES, because of my childhood memories, but the Wii brings my family together for very fun nights.


For that, it's a tie between the two.

The SNES would have to be my pick too, alot of good games on that console. But the Wii brings most of the classics back on their Shop Channel with Virtual Console, so like Jaguar, its a tie for me.

Can't decide. im tedering between: N64, NGC, and wii.

I agree with the SNES. I own 9 different game consoles and the SNES is probably the one I play most often. There's a lot of magic contained in those grey plastic cartridges.

My second favorite is probably the 3DS, though that's not a poll option. I originally had no intention to buy one, but received one as a gift just this month. It's really something amazing and I'm glad to own one, though now I could kick myself for not buying one early enough to join the ambassador's program.

I'd say DS but since it's not there I really do love the snes library so I guess I'll go with that even though it was long gone before I got into gaming.

Even though I've not played much on the SNES... I vote for it even though I love my gamecube so much...

It was a tough choice but I went with the 'Cube. It has a great library of high quality games as well as the Game Boy Player. That thing alone opens up a huge library of GB/GBC and GBA games all to be played on the TV! The 'Cube and GBP is still my go-to system. :)
