Volnar are you sure you really want to make another battle topic when you apparently are already fighting about four other battles?

Everyone has their limits, you know!! And if you are making this because you are bored of those other battles perhaps you should say something?

Melee makes the brain strain. I need to have my brain put back into writing shape because my block has been immense over these two weeks, fueled by my other stupid forums @$#^ out on me when I actually begin to make a nice post. D:<

I have 3-4 windows open at once, and I usually browse while writing a post. Then when I come back to the window, sometimes I don't click it correctly, and I go back a few times

normally, if I went forward, the post is still there, but sometimes it just disappears. AND THEN I RAGE D:<

So uhh, anyone intent on taking up the challenge? If anyone wants to do a Pokemanz battle, I'll let that happen too.

You know, maybe you should try writing out your posts in WordPad or something. I mean, I had the same problem as you - having entire posts deleted. But that doesn't usually happen in WordPad, and I'm allowed to save it at any point. It's pretty helpful.

Also I would take up your challenge but I'm already in a battle, so I don't really want to over-exert myself. 'm srry!

Physical Depiction:
Volnar is a powerful young man. He used to look like merely a farm boy on the outside, but now is recognized as a soldier by most, merely for his various scars which are badges in themselves. His skin is tanned considerably, due to his constant fighting, and this gains him the disrespect of some higher nobles. Volnar has short, light brown hair, and green eyes that used to sparkle mischievously when he grinned, but now only show calmness. Volnar happens to be tall, about 5’11”, and his weight in all in muscle. He is not the best-looking guy, nor the ugliest - his attraction would merely be in his personality.

Current Attire:
Volnar Balrung is attired in a very simple white robe of a monk. His pants are also the same color and the same shape. That is all.

Personality:
With his rising to become a higher being, Volnar has progressed immensely from his former young self. His view of the world has gone through drastic changes since his first time as a soldier, and now he sees everything as for the Greater Good, or moreso Gaia. He looks at all entities with love; he sees them as his children, each and every person. Other higher beings he considers his equals - his challengers, neither his enemies nor his friends. Volnar knows that age does not apply to him anymore, yet he can draw a straight timeline throughout all of his history. His knowledge is immense, and he uses this to his advantage in combat. The smaller things of life he has no time for - but he remembers upon them. In a way, his ascension is both a blessing and a curse; a blessing for those he protects, a curse because he sacrifices his own enjoyment for the greater good. It is worth it in his mind, however.

Armaments:
Widowmaker – Volnar’s one and only weapon, this was a sword his grandfather Sargon Silvermane found in an abandoned cave, and the thing he left to Volnar once he died. The sword itself is purple in color, with a silver and golden trimmed handle, and the sword radiates an aura of ancient power. It has become one with Volnar and, as a result, will always come back to him when lost. The sword, as part of the representation of Gaia across all existence, is unbreakable unless Gaia is killed and can lop through most entities/items/forces with ease.

Abilities:
Gaia: As the current physical representation of Gaia, an entity of god-like proportions and power who exists across all the known universe(s) and multiverse(s), Volnar wields immense power in the capacity of control of astral and mental energies, manipulation of space, time, matter, energy, and the bending of reality to negate the laws of physics. These are all made manifest by the properties of infinite consciousness, or moreso, a innate balance with everything and anything - he may place himself and his wishes into a plane and those wishes will come into effect because of his closeness with all existence. Volnar cannot alter or impose his wishes upon a plane to dispell or make any sort of intelligent being dead or harmed - he may call them, or summon things into existence, such as fireballs, to hurt them, but he may not kill/destroy beings who live and have mental and astral signatures of a certain point directly with his powers. He may also not impose his will and use his powers in harmful acts to the whole of an area unless said acts are required to protect/defend the greater good or a more important area - he may do so in the reverse, however, to initiate mass healings.

History:
Yet to be crafted. It shall be incredibly epic, though.

OoC: No, he's not a bringer of life, he's a guardian of the GaiaSphere, which is far different from normal Gaia. Also, as a death god, unless you're the death god of bones, shouldn't you have powers across all necromancy? Like, bodily functions and summoning undead and such things, even if you weren't full-blooded? D: Just wondering, really.

And I suppose the reason to fight would be...blargh. Can't think of something. x-X I'll post tomorrow, lol

OoC: He's not the one who handles the bodies. He just takes their souls aways, at least when there will be a lot of dead people. He's only called when it's REALLY neccessary to force the spirits to leave.
Meh. Whatever. If Volnar is the guardian of the GaiaSphere, I haven't got any real idea for now.

I thought of something. What's the use of the GaiaSphere? There's are a lot of things Shi would like to do with some powerful stuff.

Uhh, the GaiaSphere is an alternate 'Verse, which is basically an exact replica of the universes here. The GaiaSphere is innately connected with that universe, and Volnar basically manipulates the ghost strands of the GaiaSphere to manifest effects on this world.

Also, the GaiaSphere only serves him. :/ No way you could take it over, EVER.

Shiniyaro could really use something like that. If he heard about it, he'd try to possess it. And, if Volnar said "nah, you can' have it, it's only MIIIINEEEE!!1!", Shi'd just try to kill him and stuff.

I suppose, but killing him won't change anything. :/ You'd have to separate him from the GaiaSphere to do that and keep him dead. If you didn't, he'd just remanifest in the GaiaSphere and wait. And the way to separate him from the GaiaSphere is REALLY hard to do.

This doesn't mean he's invincible in a battle - just means he's always gonna come back, and I don't have to worry about death. D:

... Can there be rumours of the GaiaSphere in an alternative Earth? Once in a year, Shi becomes a normal human, and since he's got no friends or whatsoever, he usually goes to a bar to drink and forget for a while his obligation. And any bar is a good spot to hear a rumour and get interested. This could be the starting point of the fight.
