I'm sure you've all of heard of either the old Rayman platformers or the new Raving Rabbid party games. Which one do you prefer? I'm a fan of the originals, here's hoping Ubi will make a Rayman 4 soon instead of stinky Rabbids.

Anyone who picks the Rabbids games over the original/real Rayman titles either hasn't played them or is just plain crazy.

My thoughts exactly. Although I admit I played Rabbids first but then I found out about the original Rayman on Youtube. *kisses Youtube*

You should probably wash your mouth now. With holy water or something.

And I haven't played the original platformers. But the rabbids games are good for what they are.

Lately the Rabbids games are supposed to be about Rayman, but I guess Ubisoft doesn't care anymore since the last "Rayman" game was
Rabbids Go Home. The first time I saw Raving Rabbids coverage in a n issue of Nintendo Power there were pictures Rayman riding a freaking
giant crow and tarantula. Then couple years later the final product came out and.. Let's just say "I was disappoint :P"

But anyway the last good rayman game I played was Hoodlum Havoc.

Only Rabbids game that deserves a mention is the upcoming Rabbids go Home game. Sure they started in party games to cash in on the Wii's INNOVASHION!!!, but this new one looks really unique. And isn't a party game.

Haven't played the original Rayman games, which I should fix eventually. Guess I just won't vote or something!

You like the sound of Rabbids go Home? SERIOUSLY? The graphics and the storyline are crap! (If you're interested in it you can find stuff here : http://www.raymanpc.com/forum/viewtopic ... 06&start=0)

I've heard rumours that Rabbids go Home is the last of the Rabbids game. Some people said Ubi put it on their site and then removed it. Probably a hacker but I hope this is the case.

Oh god I hope so. We need more platforming non-party Rayman games..

Your link is not a link for someone who's interested in a new game. It's a link to a forum thread where every member seems to complain about everything ever without actually giving any information about said game. How about a real link?

I never played Ray-man so I obviously voted for the Rabbids, which I absolutely love. XD;; What were they originally for anyway, Playstation?

The Rayman series originally started as a side-scrolling platform game on the PlayStation and later made the transition to 3D in Rayman 2 which was ported to several other consoles. Rayman 3 was the last real Rayman game released back in 2003 or so. Since then it's been nothing but Rabbids, Rabbids, and more !@#$% Rabbids because Michel Ancel is an $%@hole.

Rabbids Go Home is only interesting because it's not an awful mini-game collection and hints at the possibility of a real/good Rayman game in the future.

You must die!!!!

I highly encourage you to get an old Rayman game. Rayman 2 is the best! (:\/)

Maybe some of my friends still have their old PS games like I do, so I'll have to go look for them. I grew up with Klonoa in terms of side scroller, not Rayman, so... >>

I mostly prefer the older Rayman games since I'm a fan of platformers. I have both Raving Rabbids 1 & 2, but I totally dislike them.

Hopefully, UbiSoft will make a new Rayman platformer and not another Rabbids game.

I like and hate Rayman at the same time. Rayman II was challenging and long enough but Hoodlum Havoc was super easy and short, waste of money. Also Raving Rabbids are horrible. RRR2 was an instant disappointment.

So yeah I have the DSiWare port of the original Rayman. It's fun but very early on the game gets annoyingly difficult (BAND LAND) so I don't think I'm gonna finish it any time soon.

I'm loving the look of the new Rayman game announced at E3 though.

I really...have grown to hate the Rabbids. They ruined one of my favorite franchises. It's been forever since there was a good Rayman platformer game. I'm really looking forward to that Rayman: Origins just so they can bring that kind of thing back.

i have played multiple rayman games in my lifetime, and they were fun to say the least. Never got any of the Rabbid games, not a fan of those kinds of minigame games (especially after Bomberman Land, WHAT THE HECK?). I really can't wait for Rayman 4, and if rabbids ever come back, let them just be extra characters and nothing more dood.
