Front Page Picture ChallengeI'd like to let everyone know that the new additions to site staff have voted and agreed upon swapping out the front page picture every month. It's the first of March 2011 today, so although we've just selected a picture for this month, you have plenty of time to work on April's and future submissions!

splash picture on the main site here.I've been asked about this a few times, and yes, I think it's unfair that the contests were put on hiatus for the reasons they were -- but don't let it discourage you.
I'd really like to encourage everyone to participate even if you don't think you're the best at art! If I spent as much time playing the violin as I do illustrating I'd probably be a violinist and not an illustrator. ;) It all has to do with getting up the nerve to try.
