Sorry to bug you again, but for some reason, another friend of mine seems to be having an account issue of some sort. It won't let her sign into her account, and it tells her that there is no email associated with her account, but she says it won't let her make a new account either. Her username is Artist-of-Dreamland. I just wanted to see if you had any idea what could be going on here.

I don't think it is possible not to have an email associated with a forum account, and Artist-of-Dreamland very much has one of those.

Is she trying to sign into the Passport with her forum data? 'Cause she doesn't have a Passport account -- just a forum one.

I asked her yesterday along with another friend, and she confirmed that she is indeed trying to sign into the forum itself rather than the Passport.

Well, there is an email for Artist-of-Dreamland, and you can see it yourself in the profile:

memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=7965

I don't see why she shouldn't be able to reset the password unless she is just using the wrong email address.

I can't see the email myself - I'm imagining that's blocked to anyone who isn't site staff. But at any rate, I'll have to ask her about it further, then.
