Zetsara was effectively pinned to the back of...well, Spindow. The G-Force of their rapid acceleration was holding her in place and had been preventing her from vocally objecting to her abduction.

"Crap, I think I might have overshot-"

"YA THINK?!" Zetsara screamed. Suddenly she was thrown forward as the Spindowmobile smashed into a tree, splintering the mighty oak and showering the forest below with bits of the slimy journalist.

---

Rayd cocked an eyebrow as the bloodied man made a remark that somewhat accused him of being his assailant.

"Rayd.." M1 began, brushing past him to kneel beside Gavrel. "He needs medical attention, we should probably take him back with us."

"Yeah...you're probably...right..."Rayd began to respond but quickly stopped as he heard something plowing through the air above them. He squinted as he tried to make out just what it was that was soaring above. The sound began to grow louder and then - CRASH!

The tree a few meters in front of Rayd shook violently as branches fell about, snapping and bouncing as they hit the ground. Other trees followed suit as debris from the first tree struck them and the entire area was splattered with blobs of deep brown, almost smoke colored goop. A large heap of the stuff fell onto Rayd's right shoulder with a slimy 'plop' as he looked up to see what was going on, immediately pulling his attention down to the icky mess now covering him.

"AAAAH!" A woman's adrenaline-fueled scream tore at the air.

"Machinist, is that -"

Rayd would have loved to have finished his question but he was taken out by Zetsara with extreme prejudice.

---

"Well, if it comes to needing 'shields' I suggest we refrain from any of the meat variety." Pontius chimed in on the current conversation. "I've got enough anesthetic with me to 'calm' her, and have other means if necessary."

"I'd like to take care of this without any mess..." Varias groaned.

Fear sank into Gavrel's heart as the large machine came up to his tired form. Then it spoke of... helping him? Thank Sel...

"B-back?" he asked weakly after the machine's statement to the man. "Back where?" As the man grew aware of something, so did Gavrel. It was only because of the man's response time that Gavrel was able to perceive the sound in his fatigued stupor.

An ooze fell from the sky above them and crashed through one of the old trees, splinters and broken branches showering in every direction. As well as the aqueous, dark substance which had caused it. Drippings were all that made it to him, but so did natural shrapnel. It stung him for the most part, tiny cuts not even piercing his coat and pants and a few appearing on his cheek. His skin was not entirely broken by these 'wounds', as blood welled up and made them red but did not trickle out onto his skin.

Then there was a woman which impacted the man which had stood before Gavrel. She was covered in the stuff, causing Gavrel to infer that she had either been flung this way by some sort of gelatin monster or she had been traveling by such means. An odd thing to see either way.

"Judging by your... lack of aggression toward this happening...," he stated to the machine at his side, sharp breaths fragmenting his sentence, "The woman is... a friend?" Upon the terminal phrase, he attempted to prop himself up again. This time, however, he did so slowly so as not to injure himself yet again.

"Yeah, I don't know about that."

Now that Spindow had managed to reaffirm a definable figure of sludge, he quickly jumped into butt into the conversation at hand. "He's got some kinda sensor thingy in him that goes zero to murder at the second he thinks he's in danger. Zetsara probably isn't all that threatening to him, otherwise he'd be raring like a squirrel at a nut convention. Isn't that right?" The slime said as he drew closer, prompting the leftover droplets that scattered the area and its patrons to rejoin with his body. To be honest Spindow had little clue how the mechanical giant worked, the extraterrestrial fighting robot was far too keen on keeping a low profile for his tastes and as a result he kinda glazed over any tapes with him not fighting in them. Despite such a clear flaw as an passive nature he was still incredibly awesome for being a robot, and therefore worthy of adoration. But that would have to wait though, from the looks of it there was a battered emo huddled in the corner like a dieing animal and Whats-her-name still hanging on Mexican Mountain. Still awaiting the stragglers of his overall whole to slide out of whatever nooks and crannies they got themselves flung into from the impact, Spindow took it upon himself to sort out the jumbled knot of pain Rayd and Zetsara had somehow gotten themselves twisted into.

"Alright you knuckleheads, let's try to focus. We've got some Count Dracularbor bleeding over here and robot girl's still on the lam" Spindow said as he unfurled a pair of tentacles from his chest between the incapacited duo. "I'm pretty sure we have more important things to do then sleeping around in the dirt." Curling the tentacles into rings around Rayd's and Zetsara's torsos, Spindow effortlessly jerked the two upward and suspended them in mid air. Giving them a firm shake, he waited for them to wake up or at the very least come to their senses.

---

"See, perfectly capable." Acheron nodded in confirmation. It was always best to prepare for the worst, a philosophy which seemed to be shared by the group in general, which left Acheron feeling cautiously optomistic. With luck they'd be finished faster the the time it's taking to get to the patient. Speaking of which. "Excuse me;" She called up to Dusk. "I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the grounds, how much longer will we be walking before we reach the arena?"

"The nose always knows, doesn't it? Okay, you caught me. In actuality, I am really a fox, but I've spent enough time as a human in my life that I prefer it to my...true form, shall we say. Where I'm from, I wouldn't be able to make much of a living if it were known I was a talking animal with a lifespan centuries beyond that of the human norm. I'm a weaponsmith by trade."

<That was a needlessly long explanation...> the tiger thought to himself as he turned back to the counter and grabbed his drink, and then started sipping at it slowly, saving himself from having to come up with an immediate response. It looked like he was going to get a moment of silence as she went to drink from her cup, or not.

"Yep, that's hot...You probably didn't want me to explain things too much, did you? Ah, well...I don't recall anything the spider told me about you at the moment...Think his name was Kairus? We had a friendly fight not too long ago. Ate too much wood and dirt there...But yeah, if you really don't want me around, I'll move."

"That's what usually happens." he said succinctly as he put down his glass and then looked into a kitchen when he noticed the door move. A toothy grin appeared on his face as he noticed what looked to be large huskily built waiter coming in with his sixty or so pounds of meat. Durock ended up paying more attention to him than the food or Tamarin as he placed the meal down in front of the feline. As it turned out, the man wasn't just a bear in a figurative sense. He was quite literally a bear, and he was around the same height as the big cat himself.

"Maybe I should have ordered him instead..." Durock thought a loud, ogling the beast from behind as he walked away. It was a moment later he came back to the realization of where he was and that the chatty fox was still sitting next to him.

"... Err, uh... Sorry my mind wandered for a bit." he said as he cleared his throat with an embarrassed looked on his face. "I don't care if you stay. I'm just not very talkative, especially when I'm eating."

With that he turned to his meal and dove right in, eating it voraciously as if he'd been starving for several days. He certainly felt like he'd been after his brush with death.

About Me: ask me about coffee
"Oh, well, yeah. I suppose it makes sense that a lady who runs all the way out here in the middle of the night wouldn't be the most willing to talk. Uh, sorry about that." Alexander rubbed the back of his head. "Of course, what does that say about me...? Ah. Rambling. Sorry."

He meandered for a moment. He wasn't sure how, exactly, he had wanted this to go, but certainly, the girl he'd rescued speaking would probably have been in there.

"Well, you don't really have to introduce yourself if you don't want to." He said, the awkwardness of the situation really hitting him at that moment. "So. Uh."

He rubbed the back of his head. "Well, I figure other people will be along soon enough and you can go back with people who aren't a weird short guy who you don't know. So, I'm just going to talk, and you can listen if you want, okay?" He made an OK sign with his hand towards the girl for... well, no real reason.

[Reveal] Spoiler: "Alexander espouses his life story to a girl he's just met"
"So I've lived this last decade and change towards this ideal of being a great warrior, of being the God Hand. Way back when, when I first got that silly idea in my head, I was a kid, and so I thought it would be awesome. Usually, when you get these kinds of childish delusions, they fade with age, you know? But I ran away from home before that could set in.

I lived by myself for ages. I was up on a mountain somewhere, where nobody could really find me, you know? And I just exercised and trained, by myself, for years, to fulfill this childish ideal of mine. And I did.

You know where that's gotten me? Well, first of all, I'm contractually obliged to be within spitting distance of the worst guy I've ever met," He would've used a stronger word, but he figured that the girl probably wasn't old enough to hear that kind of language. "Until an incredibly specific circumstance is fulfilled- uh, long story, I won't bore you with the sordid details. And, you know, hanging out on a mountain for that long really makes being social difficult. That's really why I'm talking to you rather than someone else, it's because I don't have any friends, really, and you know, you running past armed soldiers in the middle of the night to the middle of nowhere, you looked like you could, at the very least, empathize with this kind of thing. I'm probably wrong. Sorry about that.

But, you know, worst is the kind of absurd bull I have to deal with day in, day out. Going back to that guy I mentioned earlier, he has a hat with Christmas lights and ferns on it. And for recreational purposes he'll just run people over with trains or something. But, you know, all this time I've spent here in this Colosseum has been the worst of it, because nothing here makes any sense. Nothing seems to follow any kind of natural law, and the people here are just some of the most ridiculous I've ever seen in my entire life. I mean, what is even up with that green tiger guy...?" He said, trailing off for a moment. "Anyway. It was in the diner today that I really realized this. I can remember the moment perfectly. I was sitting in the diner, next to a guy with a hat that ridiculous, as some kind of... giant... blob? What even is he? Anyway, as some kind of giant blob, Kaz's loud, thick-accented object of affection, and a humanoid wolf that spoke like a stereotypical high schooler, got into an argument about ice cream.

And it was really my fault, you know? It's my fault for getting into this dumb situation." He sighed. "Sometimes I wonder how my parents are doing. I mean, I can't really very well go see them, because even if Kaz gave me the time of day to do so, I feel like going to see them after spending over half of my life leaving them behind would just be... wrong, you know?"

He paused a moment, then let out a loud breath. "Felt good to get that all off my shoulders. Thanks for letting me talk. ...Even if you didn't really have any autonomy in the matter." He chuckled awkwardly at that last bit.

"Well, now that I've had my five minutes in the limelight, would you prefer to go back right now or wait for people who aren't the weird guy who espoused his life story to you less than a minute after meeting you?"

Dusk remained quiet as the group made their way to Electric Arena, only studying the conversation behind him rather than being an active member in it. "Excuse me;" Acheron called, addressing him. "I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the grounds, how much longer will we be walking before we reach the arena?"

"You have impeccable timing." Dusk said simply as they turned a corner, coming up to the grand entrance of the Electric Arena. "We have arrived." He said as he walked up to the doors and pushed them open. He looked inside to see Zane and Pandora in the positions they had been when he had left.

"I see that we are not too late." Dusk said with some relief, motioning everyone to follow him into the arena. "Thank you for watching her, but I think we can take it from here." He said as he approached the two of them, offering his hand to help Zane up and relieve him of his watch.

~~~~~
"Oh...o-kay." Kairus said nervously as he went over to Torvus and hurriedly undid his bindings. As soon as he was done he backed off, still nervous about the whole affair. "So, what did you want to talk about?" He asked, anxiety still in his voice.
~~~~~

"Well," Noir began, sighing in mock exasperation, "It looks as if my hands are tied." He said as he picked up Pyro, dangling him by his scarf. "Figuratively of course." He said with a laugh, before turning Pyro to face him. "Sorry little guy, I really did try to help you." He said in a weeping falsetto as a new pumpkin dropped from the sky and onto his body, once again becoming his head. "But when important company knocks on the door, it is oh so rude to keep them locked out." He said as he twirled Pyro in a circle, before handing him to Garr.

"Although I suppose a little mischief maker like you wouldn't know about matters." Noir huffed, two dangly arms stretching from his central mass and putting them on what could only assume were his hips. "Anyways I'll keep your body preserved for you in the event this charming fellow lets you visit." He said with a half bow, his head tumbling off and onto the ground. It tumbled to Garr's feet, the carved face looking directly at Pyro. "Have a pleasant eternity little guy~." With that the head was set ablaze before turning into ash, and Noir disappeared entirely from sight...

For all of two seconds, as he reappeared in front of Karma Astra, his body and head fully reformed. "Alright Mr. Astra, I played nice and shared my things. Can I have a cookie now?"

"That does make sense, yeah, but you can't exactly help anyone if you're dead or severely wounded, right...?" Sharon trailed off. "Whatever. Just keep out of harm's way if it decides to come knocking. Can't have you carking it before the job's done, can we?"

Not long after, the group had made it to the Electric arena, where a guy in a mask was holding a gun to the head of a purple dog-woman, the latter of which seemed to have sustained a sizable wound to her midsection. ...I don't see what the problem here is, she thought to herself. Oh well. She shrugged and followed Dusk over to the dog's side, standing a few feet away from him in case any problems emerged.

---

Pandora's senses had been rapidly fading in the meantime. She had given up on trying to talk to Zane and instead concentrated solely on staying conscious, which, by the time Dusk arrived with backup in tow, she had nearly fallen out of, though she was at least aware of their arrival, as well as a couple of them making their way over to relieve Zane. She deduced one of them as Dusk from his voice, but all she could distinguish of the other one was a faint whiff of wolf.

"Thank god..." she barely managed to choke out, wincing from the pain. "Not...a moment too soon..." Then a sharp pain tore through both the area around her wound and her head simultaneously, causing her to scream. It seemed that the unwelcome visitor had arrived once more, ready to attempt another takeover and cause problems for everyone.

"Hurry up...! Can't...last much...longer..."

---

"That's fine," said Tammy as she reflexively put a hand over her coffee to prevent any boar flakes from making it in. She had most certainly caught him ogling the backside of the bear waiter and thinking aloud, even in her half-asleep state, and deduced that he fancied a nice rump of bear. Whether that was figurative, literal, or both, she wasn't exactly sure, but she didn't want to think about it at the moment.

"I don't really expect you to talk much to someone you just met, just to tolerate the ramblings of a half-asleep chronic insomniac...Although even then I don't expect you to take much..."

---

Damian winced slightly as Deguass's blade made a harmless divot in his skin. The interrogator's expression and tone of voice lacked emotion, other than the sort that screamed "You'll probably die". He almost got the feeling of "I'm screwed either way", but did his best not to panic. Though worry did show.

"The old man, cooperate? The man's stubborn as a rock, so if he cooperated, he must have some sort of plan. Or he's just a cocky old fart, one of the two. Oh, why am I here? To test the waters, or at least that was the intent. Of course, I got dumped in the absolute worst place for me to do anything in, so here I am before you, a veritable child stuck in a beartrap, completely at your mercy." He gave a slight flourish with one hand. Maybe he wasn't completely at the mercy of his captors, but he had a gut feeling anything he could do at this point wouldn't help.

((There, now that's done. Boy, sure are a lot of bears being mentioned lately, huh.))

Rayd wasn't exactly prepared to deal with things falling from the sky at rapid velocities so, needless to say, when Zetsara came crashing through the canopy he was more or less a sitting duck. There was a loud crash as leaves and pine needles were kicked up in a trail of billowing dust. The duo had bounced and landed in a rather inelegant manner, back to back with Rayd's face in the dirt. He had effectively become the woman's crash-landing pad.

"Uuuuugh..." Rayd moaned, completely knocked out of his wits. He was laid out on his stomach with his left arm twisted backwards and pinned between Zetsara's rump and his upper back.

"Ooow...tch tch tch..." Zetsara mumbled, wincing as she sat herself upright. She rubbed the back of her head while trying to regain her senses.

"C-can't. Breathe." Rayd wheezed. Zetsara barely realized she was sitting atop her former student before Spindow's dangle-y parts reached around her. "H-HEY!" She yelled, but Spindow had already lifted her off of her makeshift pillow. Spindow slipped a tentacle around Rayd's midsection as well and pulled him from the dirt, but he was a limp doll compared to Zetsara's struggling body. Rayd hung upside down with his arms dangling below his head. He wasn't completely unconscious, but he definitely was not with them in reality at the moment. Not like Zetsara, who had at this point drawn a knife and lobbed off the tentacle that was abusing her personal space. She landed on her feet and stumbled a bit, all the while glaring at Spindow with a somewhat frenzied look in her eyes.

"Keep those things away from me!" She commanded rather harshly. It would seem as though tentacles made her uncomfortable. Honestly, though, who wouldn't be a bit mortified in that situation? She backed up into Rayd, bumping into the suspended man. He had regained some measure of composure as Spindow's rampant shaking of his body had jarred him back to a somewhat conscious state. Still a bit startled from the slimy touch of Spindow's appendage, Zetsara knelt down to check on Rayd...who was scowling.

"That had to be the most ungraceful re-entry, ever" Rayd bemoaned disapprovingly. Zetsara's look of genuine concern was quickly replaced by a flustered puffing of her bottom lip. "Disrespectful!" She hooted, flicking him on the forehead before standing up, crossing her arms in a disgusted manner and glowering as she turned her back to him. She was very good at hiding it, but she was thoroughly embarrassed. She made her way over towards M1 and the apparently maimed man huddled against a tree, practically marching towards them in protest to Rayd. "The hell happened t' this guy?" She asked.

"Could you put me down...please?" Rayd asked. His head was pounding and he was still quite a bit disoriented.

---

"So, she's the one?" Pontius asked as he took off his lab coat. He approached Zane and Pandora as he rolled up the sleeves of his shirt. "Whatever is afflicting her aside, she needs to get patched up first. This is...probably going to feel a bit funny."

Pontius took off the glove on his left hand and swiped a bit of Pandora's blood with his index finger. He closed his hand firmly, forming a fist, and re-opened it a moment later. There was a symbol on his palm, formed from her blood.

"Stay as still as you can..." Pontius placed his hand on her wound, looking up at the others in a silent affirmation to keep their wits about them in case something happened. His blood magic was starting to close her injury slowly. It would no doubt take a few moments, each of which were now passing with Pontius looking Pandora over for any sudden changes. He had something else prepped in his other hand, should things go south.

It was a bit remarkable to him that the woman who had just seemingly fallen from the sky was standing fully aware before the man was. When she began to approach them, Gavrel peeled his eyes away from her as she turned to face the machine and him. When he heard the inquiry into the origin of his condition, he looked back up at her.

There was a slight chuckle as he recalled that he didn't quite remember exactly how his injury came about. "I--I guess I got stabbed," he responded weakly with a small grimace on his face. "I scarred it over, but I guess it's deeper than I thought." The only thing that prompted him that it was, was the fact that he kept falling over when he tried to stand on his own. Of course, he was standing a bit too fast as well.

The pale being placed his hand on the tree and applied some pressure to the trunk to help himself up, his other hand over the area he had gotten stabbed as an innate precaution. As he strained to get up, he had a sudden inkling, "I feel like this has happened to me before..."

"You know, having coffee is typically counter-productive to sleeping. It may even be the cause of your insomnia." Durock said, addressing the insomniatic vulpine after finishing off the last of the meal. "Just saying from personal experience." he continued, and then pushed away from the counter to walk away.

...Only to have bacon strips rain down upon him when bumped into the bear waiter who was there behind him, seemingly out of nowhere.

"Sorry about that... RO-Roland? the tiger said, glancing briefly at the bear's shiny golden name tag and up into his eyes. "I didn't notice you there!"

Embarrassed, Durock smiled toothily, trying and failing to save face as a strip of Tamarin's juicy bacon laid a top his head and dangled between his eyes.

"I uhh... I'll be going now. I think some fresh air would be nice." Durock said, taking the strip of bacon and then tossing it in his mouth, figuring Tamarin would't want it at that point. He then walked out of the dinner and out doors through a side exit.

Once outside. He breathed deeply, taking in cool night air into his lungs. He was finally alone, finally free to organize his thoughts and take a break after a very eventful and stressful day. He gazed up at the bright nearly full moon and then at a large band of stars that covered much of the sky. He wondered as he looked on in awe, which of those stars had the world he came from.

About Me: A little over the top, you know?
As Spindow was put on the receiving end of the wrath of a woman well beyond her flustering point, his blank expression seemed to indicate that it did little if anything at all to faze in him behind the bubble of his own arrogantly perceived innocence. "Don't look at me like that. I was trying to help" He said irritably at the sheer audacity of Zetsara to bite the microbial hand that feeds her. Apparently though she's one of those 'Strong, independent' types that don't take help from nobody. Speaking of which how exactly did she help herself out of Spindow's prehensile vicegrip?

Looking to the ground, the answer became clearly evident to Spindow with the discovery of his dismembered limb. Spindow simply stood in silence for a few moments staring at the cleaved vine before finally turning back to the group. "So you like knives I guess?" He asked rhetorically, disregarding the fact that he'd been amputated. It wasn't like it bothered him anyways. With no nerves, bones, organs, or flesh to call his own, cutting weapons were practically useless against him unless they had some kind of weight to throw along with them. In that regard having a knife cut through him like warm butter was hardly something to get riled up about, which he demonstrated by having the flowing puddle of slime he called legs extend outward to the lost limb and siphon it back to the rest of his body like nothing had happened. "Now then, anything else I need to take care of?" He asked. Immediately the answer was returned as the still dazed Rayd reminded him that only one of his captives had gotten out of his reach. "Could you put me down...please?"

"Oh right, sure." Spindow obliged impartially as his remaining tentacle and its accompanied occupant spilled to the floor with a splash. "Do you need some more help or are you a 'strong independent' type too?"

---

Seeing that Pontius seemed to have the situation handled thus far, Acheron decided to try discussing a game plan with Varias and Sharon. "I imagine we shouldn't be doing nothing for now, so perhaps we should try looking into the events that lead up to this event?" She suggested to her teammates. "It'd probably be a good idea to see what we can gather close by in case things do take a turn for the worse, so I think it'd be best if we converse with the fighters and see if they can provide any additional information we haven't gotten yet."

((Shorter then I'd want it to be, but the ball needs to get rolling somewhere. Note to self, work on your fluff.))

Sharon turned back to look at Acheron after she caught the look from Pontius that indicated that they should keep their wits about them. "So a little bit of investigation, huh? I don't see where that would hurt at all, so why not?" Without waiting for a reply from either of the inactive parties, she immediately went over to Zane.

"Hey, mask dude. Uh...What was your name..." She paused for a moment. "Oh, right. I'm assuming you're Zane, because it doesn't sound like a girl's name at all. Anyway, what can you tell us about the happenings before the dog lady over there almost bit it?"

---

Pandora had determined that there were at least three other people that had arrived with Dusk, none of whom sounded familiar. The most that she could tell were that there were two females and one male, the latter of which had knelt down beside her and told her that "it was going to feel a bit funny". She had no idea what "it" was, but she felt the dull sensation of a finger swiping some blood and then a hand being held over her wound, which was slowing closing. It did indeed feel a bit funny, as he put it, but she wasn't going to complain. Just as long as it didn't catapult her over the brink, anyway, which it didn't seem like it was doing. She thought she heard one of the females asking Zane about what had happened beforehand, but couldn't quite be sure of it. It didn't matter, really. So she lay still as the doctor ordered, because it wasn't like she could do much of anything anyway.

---

"...Point. Though I usually don't drink too much of this, you do have a point," Tammy said. "Maybe...yeah, coffee isn't the best idea, but I've given up on trying to get to sleep. Too much on my mind..."

Not soon after, the tiger pushed away from the counter and went to leave, only to run smack-dab into the bear waiter from earlier, sending bacon flying up into the air. Most of it landed on the floor, but a few made it to the counter, and one strip managed to make it into Tammy's coffee with a plop. She stared blankly at it for a few moments, then looked back to the tiger, who had also gotten a strip of bacon plastered to his face. He peeled it off and stuffed it in his mouth, then got up and took his leave out one of the side doors. Without saying a word, she set about collecting the fallen bacon, deciding that whatever it had collected in its brief visit to the diner floor (and counter) wasn't going to kill her at all. After having recollected the bacon (and popping one strip into her mouth and deciding that the floor hadn't diminished its taste at all), she turned to the bear.

"You okay there, Mr..." She glanced at the name tag. "Roland?"

((Yay things. Now you don't have to wait as long, Mr. Blob! Though granted you're still waiting for somebody...But I got a post done! I am accomplishing things!))

Zetsara was listening to the wounded stranger's murky recollection of what had happened, which didn't amount to much. He knew he had been stabbed, a fact that was hard to miss. Something else must have happened to have had such an effect on his memory though.

"I feel like this has happened to me before..." He said, apparently having some level of an epiphany.

"Deja vu, eh?" Zetsara asked, but she didn't add anything more. Her ears perked when Spindow said something off-putting behind her. Something about 'helping?' Oh boy...

"Help?" Zetsara blasted from behind grinding teeth. Her back was towards Spindow at this point, but she quickly turned her head to face him. "'Ya scooped me up w'thout any permission or warning, and catapulted us into the !@#$% forest! Explain how that helps!" Zetsara was at wits end with this guy. His view of the world was clearly skewed by a cloud of narcissism that just would not clear.

Rayd, meanwhile, was still being held aloft by Spindow. Ignoring Zetsara's vocal attack, much like it seemed Spindow was doing, he found that he didn't have to wait long for Spindow's response to his question.

"Oh right, sure."

"W-wait!" Rayd objected with surprise as he felt the slimy tentacle's grip release, relinquishing him to the ground below with a hard blow to the head. "Ich..." Rayd grunted painfully as the top of his head struck the dirt. His body crumpled over top of him a moment later.

"Do you need some more help or are you a 'strong independent' type too?"

"No...I'm fine..." Rayd grumbled at the abrasive creature. There was a brief moment of silence as Zetsara stared at Spindow with nothing but spite. "Why are you two here, anyway?" Rayd asked as he sat up slowly, rubbing his head. "I think you said something about a...'robot girl?'"

Zetsara grunted, kicking a stick at her feet. "Placia...Placia ran from the Coliseum..." She explained, though she seemed extremely meek and somewhat embarrassed. She stared at the ground for a moment. "The idiot, she just ran for no good reason!"

"So why are you here...and not there?" Rayd questioned. He was confused and was, somewhere in his mind, questioning the logic of these two. This was evident as an ounce of 'well what the !@#$% are you doing?' slipped into his voice.

---

Pontius looked Pandora in the eye for most of the healing process. Something that may have come off as a bit creepy, but he was keeping watch for any visible signs of a seizing. If it really was some sort of demon, it could take hold at any moment.

"How are you feeling now?" Pontius asked as the wound steadily drew to a close.

"Hmm... Well for starters;" Spindow began as he sarcastically rested his chin against his hand as if he was considering his responses seriously. "I kinda overshot the target destination. It was probably a miscalculation of how much weight I'd be carrying along. I turned out to be surprisingly lighter than what I had accounted for.." He said passing a suspicious glance toward the livid Zetsara. He wasn't actually implying the angry table-flipping woman was responsible for the misbalance, that laid dead center on Spindow and his manner of shedding mass like it was going out of style. He was however absolutely deadset on pushing every button he could find on Zetsara. He already thought she was pretty awesome now that she showed an affinity for retaliation, but he was interested in seeing whether it'd culminate in the desire to put him in his place or do anything in her power to get stop him from bugging her. The only way to reach that result was to continue prodding.

"At least the silver-lining is that because I screwed up we have M-1 filled in on how kids fare when they're supervised by idiots who don't know a thing about how to act around children. I for one think that easily makes up for my poor catapulting skills."

---
While Sharon zipped awayed to do some sleuthing, Acheron saw it fit to check back on Pontius and his treatment. "I hope I'm not trespassing on an intimate moment;" She noted with regards to the intense gaze being shared between the doctor and patient. "But I see that you've made some progress on her wounds. If neither of you have any objections, I'd like to start a diagnostic examination of her mental profile. It should help in pinpointing the exact nature of her condition." She explained.

Once Noir had finished fooling around and getting in his way, Garr made his move without any hesitation. His aura swallowed the puffball completely, engulfing him in the unbearable flames of hell. His flesh boiled and melted from off of his body like hot wax as he instantly bursted into a pillar of crimson hell-flames.

As his aura roasted Pyro to a crisp, Garr simultaneously slashed at the puffball with his large, blazing, razor sharp claws. They tore into the spheroid's body, cutting through him effortlessly like hot knives through butter, nearly slicing him into ribbons.

Afterwards, Garr grabbed the scorched and mutilated puffball off from and ground and then dangled him helplessly by one of his stubby feet over his gaping maw.

Garr then shoved the 8 inch puff inside of his mouth and then chewed on him, mercilessly grinding Pyro's elastic body up between his teeth like a piece of gum before finally swallowing.

However, instead of ceasing to exist, or residing in the tiger's stomach, Pyro Cappy found his unrecognizable self instantaneously transported to hell. Where he was bound by chains and submerged in the black, acidic tar-like hell-water that had dribbled out from the feline's mouth earlier.

Know his job was done, Garr, disappeared from purgatory with a spectacular flash of lightning and then reappeared in hell, appearing before the helpless, mutilated batamon with a sadistic and malicious an grin on his muzzle.

Pyro Cappy wasn't going anywhere now or ever again. He couldn't free himself, and even if he could, there was nowhere he could escape to for sanctuary. Nobody could save him, and nobody wanted him. For the rest of eternity Garr and the other denizens would torture, torment and have their way with him in whatever ways they pleased...

As Durock looked up at the night sky, he noted that the moon appeared nearly full and shined it's light brightly upon the slumbering volcano where the coliseum resided. It made him remember the skies of Mystria, how it had two moons, though both of them were rarely ever seen in the sky together.

One of them was covered in very bright, covered in an impenetrable atmosphere of thick yellow clouds, the other moon was beautiful and blue, with water covering much of it's surface. It looked pristine and peaceful as it hovered brightly in the night sky.

He hadn't seen the skies in Mystria in a long time... After the asteroid destroyed a large portion of the Wakao rainforests, survival was nearly impossible. So Durock found himself migrating to Under Mystria. A civilization built by Mystrians who were forced underground by the threat of Auramancers...

Durock shook his head, breaking him out of the wave of nostalgia before some of his more unpleasant memories resurfaced. (In particular his life in the gritty, grungy parts Under Mystria, and some of the unsavory things he had to resort to in order to survive there.) Then he made his way down the mountain side, heading in the direction of the forest. It was the idea place for him to go and relax, clear his head and possibly hunt as well.

----

Torvus looked around the room and then back at Kairus, noting that even without Pontius the doctor, Acheron and that wolf, that the infirmary was still rather. He also noticed some strange pile of goo placed on a cot... Not something he was about to go near.. WHo knew what kinds of diseases it carried.

"I'd like to talk About Durock and what happened to him, but think we should go somewhere else..." He said, glancing at the exit.

((@Kupo. I insta-hit Pyro because you wasted our time for a month. I had authorization to do this ever since I introduced Garr but I was trying to give you a chance... You never took it, instead all you did was whine in PM's. Now Pyro is permanently dead and in hell.

On that note Cappy is probably dead by now too. He never got medical treatment, what (little) Spindow did for him doesn't count. It was up for you to get him treatment, you should have done that instead of having beta drop him on a cot and leaving us with the burden. We've told you before that if you tried to stick us with being responsible for your characters again, we'd do nothing. ))

About Me: A little over the top, you know?
((I decided to write up some backstory. Woo.))

CSHI Case File: SPN-315

Key notes for the Second Paradise's Nirvana Initiative.

Strain SPN-315 is composed primarily of two main components, the Dual Cores, which serve as the HQ and databanks for the larger organism, and the surrounding client cells. Strain SPN-315 stands separate from other batches lies in the Dual Cores, a reengineered biosynthetic computing engine designed to allow the transport of hazardous and complex material through extreme environments in a disintergrated and wholly unobtainable liquid state without a recognized master key. This engine was decided to have potential military application and outfitted with an artificial intelligence capable of storing the exact atomic blueprints of the cargo it stores within the client cells, which are also fitted with a much simpler AI that only serves to coordinate with the Dual Cores regard movement, positioning, alignment, and various sensory statistics.

On the whole the Client cells serve Strain SPN-315 in a multitude of ways. They act as both the offensive and defensive systems, capable of realigning themselves into rigid crystalline formations as needed to produce solid appendages or mobile traction. Theoretically this could allow Strain SPN-315 to be able to become as hard as diamond by mimicry of the carbon pattern that is found within the mineral, prompting additional studies on practical applications. The lax structuring that active batches take however wards of any notions of implimenting the Dual Core Engine into forms of defensive armory. The permeable form does nothing to prevent or hinder puncturing or piercing armaments, and the temporary spastic response from a hit to the Cores would result in the wearer and anything in the immediate proximity to be skewered and rended to a bleeding pile of strips.

Of alarming concern is the potential risks of 'Gray goo' scenarios. By standard cell salvaging is a required back-up procedure should the cellular systems shut down. In the case of such an occurance SPN-315 is capable of self-repairing its components to working order once again. Given the nature of SPN-315's AI, there is a possibility that it may learn to self-reproduce its body mass to enormous proportions at will. Another concern is the potential for conglomeration should multiple batches of SPN-315 join together, boosting their total calculative strength in the process. In respects to these potential disasters, a number of safeguards have been installed within the systems of SPN-315. Firstly, The formula for SPN-315 components has been black boxed and rendered uninterpretable to the AI. Production of SPN-315 components is to be heavily supervised at all times, and the formula will be stored outside the CSHI Mainframe to prevent leaks. Additionally, All batches of SPN-315 will recieve a unique personal genetic code, preventing the use of any cells other then its own or controlled batches of fresh cells.

In terms of the current data, Strain SPN-315 has been approved for the mass production. The motion for deployment to Sites 2 and 3 are pending approval.

M1 stopped cold when Zets spoke of Placia running, he thought about it for a moment, ignoring all of what Spindow had to say. This was his fault, but none of them were aware, excluding Rayd. "... I see." With that, he decided that none of them had any time left to waste, and without warning of any kind, did to all of them what Zetsara had issue with Spindow doing. Namely, scooping the lot of them up without warning of any kind. He was certainly large enough to do so, and had little problems taking off in a bound with the collective in tow.

-------------------

Placia was utterly perplexed by Alexander, it was apparent that he was expecting some kind of answer, but she had nothing to say in response to well, any of that. The best she could manage was an expression bereft of any understanding.
What failed to help at all, was the sudden and booming crash that followed, leaving a cloud of dust in it's wake. It wouldn't take long to clear, and even at that it didn't need to, it was obvious who was responsible for this, as made evident by the single crimson beacon that stood amidst the dust.

Although the man put up a good argument toward the woman, Gavrel decided it would be best to not get involved in their quarrel. He heard the ooze speak and came to the conclusion that it was sentient in some sense of the word, especially since it was not attempting to devour them at the time. M1 must have been the name of the machine next to him, though he did not understand the moniker 'robot-girl'. There was also mention of someone named Placia and something about a Coliseum, which was probably the large structure on the other side of the forest.

Unfortunately, there was not much time to collect any other scraps of information as the large automaton hoisted and transported the lot of them in a swift and violent manner, the likes of which Gavrel was not fully able to comprehend due to its expediency. The powerful impact was something that did not agree with his injury whatsoever. He could feel his wound throbbing, and so clutched it tighter in response. This reaction did not help his current situation. In an attempt to make himself less dependent, he stumbled out of M1's grasp, landing awkwardly on the ground. He coughed a few times from the dust and waved his free hand to actually see anything, catching the sight of an odd creature accompanied by a girl.
