Rin had somehow managed to awaken, and sneak back into her room in between chaotic events happening in the halls. What is she, a Ninja? (Answer: Yes...Maybe.)She had been fiddling about with various gadgets and trinkets inside of her room, after removing her bulky armor, and re-locking her room for the night. She came across one she had nearly forgotten about...A sleek, small, Brakka Engineered...Phone. With the internet. Unfortunatly, the reception was crummy in her room, but she could at least access the Colosseum's previous matches, without having to operate the bulky television on the other side of the room. She had been searching for possible candidates for her next match, learning how they battled with it. While one caught her eye, she passed up, as she knew they were...busy, from tidbits of chatter from the halls.

Remoter Got Up out of the box heap for the first time in Hours, Taking the shell of a body with him, donning the cape he wore when he battled. His new Body... had infinitely more power than the old body he had; new gadgets, more sturdy metal...It had it all. Except for the signature attack, the Synchro...He would have to get adjusted. For now, Remoter set out for his pod, to sap his own power, to suppress his new body... Which he should have been able to tell from it's design who made it...Especially because of the W on his right hand's "Palm".
*Sigh*

((Decided to screw with remoter some and convert him to his new design[My current avi]. No Synchro Anymore, but Increased everything. I've updated his Character Profile to update his everything, because He's been slightly remade. Mostly an overhaul to a few abilities, and an upgraded stat Pool. This will be fun~

Looking at this, it's kinda Long. Oops, I get carried away when typing!
It also seems a bit awkward and weird. I might need to fix it, stop making posts at 12:00 AM, Me.
Also the Other guy talking to remoter is a mocking of my Bhox character, who is obviously the mortal enemy of Remoter. No, he's not going to be here in the Colosseum, it was just for fun.))

Deguass didn't say anything, failing to even answer Acheron's questions, if only because he'd only reply with something snarky. Karma himself ignored any doubts about his status, he felt no need to confirm him lordship, nor did he feel any of the belligerence Acheron seemed to assume he had.

"What you wanted to do, Torvus, is irrelevant. You may only enter this garden when your time comes, additionally, I cannot condone attempts to take back what is not yours to recover. What you designate as unscheduled, was perfectly natural." He was of course referring to Durock's murder, their intrusion seemed to be a cliff note in his mind, he was more focused on the reason they had arrived. "In any case, he departed of his own accord. And you shall follow suit, I apologize Deguass." Deguass merely dismissed him with a gesture.

"I'm used to it. But you should at least visit more often, I may have adjusted but I certainly don't enjoy the loneliness." Karma did not seem to react, instead he continued to give his undivided attention to the foreigners in his land. "At any rate, I guess this is goodbye kids." Deguass added, knowing they'd lack time to respond. Before they'd even realize it, Acheron and Torvus would find themselves back at home. Completely unscathed.

---------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, Deguass, or rather his A.I. incarnation, carefully scrutinized the man brought before him and Marina. His appearance was off, or at least he thought so, and he was small. So very small. Of course, to a Noripathian, most people were.
On the opposite end of the glare, Damian would find himself looking up at a monstrously tall alien, his build, the aura about him, even his eyes and the scars that riddled his face. They all built him up to be a monster of some sort.
"So... Are we going to start?" Deguass asked, the scales across his body turning rigid as he did, as if he were ready for a war.

Cappy's body began to warm up as Spindow pumped hot air into his body. The sludge seemed to surge through his veigns and lungs, which would feel strange if he was still conscious. It would most likely take a while for Cappy to warm up with this procedure, but at least he would live. Maybe things were finally going his way, after all. For now, though, Cappy could only be pumped with air and sludge until he had regained his consciousness.

((Well, Spindow isn't toxic, but rather virulent. Since his body can harbor a wide range of materials, hazardous or not, it's an easy matter to transmit something nasty through something as simple as a cut or brush if he wanted to. However while he's been known to consume garbage, rotting flesh, rat poison, etc. he's completely capable of keeping the literal junk in his metaphorical trunk without turning the area around him into a hot zone by accident. But enough out of me.))

By Acheron's expression it was fairly clear that Deguass' cold shoulder was growing incredibly cumbersome, not that she could honestly blame him for the brief crisis she had just finished moments before. Even so at the very least some kind of acknowledgement wouldn't have been out of the question would it? Regardless, waiting for a response would be unecessary as Karma's intentions were brought into clear focus.

As it turns out, The serpentine creature was far more concerned with keeping purgatory for the dead only. In that regard the worst they would get is a hard boot out. Something did bother Acheron though. There was still one matter left unexplained in her eyes, how they had even gotten into this world.

"At any rate, I guess this is goodbye kids." Karma announced before Acheron had a chance to inquire about the portal that had given them entry to begin with, returning the two back to the Infirmary.

Acheron stirred from her slumber to find she had been laid onto one of the nearby cots and surrounded by a room now filled with people. Spotting Plas nearby, she got out of the bed and joined the circle around the tiger. "It seems you've made a perfect recovery Durock. It's too bad you left when you did, we had a lovely conversation with the chimeric god of death. Not exactly the kind to be impartial though." She said half jokingly. "What's been going on in our absence? It seems that things have picked up here considerably."

"Well...for one," Pontius began, "Reapers are supposed to tend Purgatory. It's an endless expanse of melancholy that spirits are to call home until they make a choice. That is, if they have a say in the matter. Purgatory is a singular place...it doesn't matter where you're from, when someone dies they will end up there. From there, one of the Deaths or their Reapers are said to tend the spirits until a choice is made, or, if their destination has already been determined, they take the soul to where they'll spend the rest of their eternity."

That was the story as Pontius knew it, anyway. The angel simply sighed in frustration as Durock asked about the prisoner who had just been escorted by. Luckily, it seemed Acheron had awakened in the nick of time to prevent him from having to explain that...

"It seems you've made a perfect recovery Durock. It's too bad you left when you did, we had a lovely conversation with the chimeric god of death. Not exactly the kind to be impartial though." She said half jokingly. "What's been going on in our absence? It seems that things have picked up here considerably."

Or not...

"The wench hijacked my office, low-jacked my computer systems for surveillance, and it seems there's a jolly band of hooligans trying to disrupt our lives around here." Pontius complained, letting himself fall into a chair and slump over. "More so than they already have been."

"That...about sums it up." Doctor Varias chimed in. He looked over towards Acheron. "I take it the journey wasn't a failure, then?" He was of course referring to the fact that Durock was awake and seemingly recovered.

---

Zetsara looked quite exasperated in the lamp-light of the courtyard, seemingly further perturbed by the presence of Spindow.

"Look...now's not the time, a'right?" She snapped, a bit more nervousness in her voice than bite. Her eyes were scanning the path ahead towards the mountain road. She felt guilty for hurting the girl, sure, but this was stupid. Running like this in the middle of the night was far too dramatic for Zetsara's tastes, and she knew it couldn't end well. She was silently cursing teenagers to herself as she bolted down the road at full throttle.

"Dammit, Placia!" Her mind was echoing in the walls of her skull.

Startled by the sudden appearance of Alexander, Placia, if only for a moment, lost her footing. That was all it took, she slipped and was now clinging to a steep wall for life, and of course this was marked a brief shriek. However, in a sense this was a good thing, as it gave her a moment to actually step back and examine the situation. Howe she got there, and what it was that she was doing exactly.

She was trying to escape her problems, like she had done before in times past. And as a result, she had probably created new problems for the other residents, and had ultimately gotten herself into a bad position, though it could've been worse, Alexander was only a stretch of the arm away. She looked to him, eyes pleading, but the words never forming. In her mind she cursed her inability to talk with strangers.
She regretted her rash choice, she panicked, ran, and was now at the mercy of someone she didn't even know. Her fault, but it was being made someone's burden. She was such a useless kid, and could only imagine leaving being the way to fix things, but not like this. She'd have to think more carefully about it than this.

-----------------------------------------------------

M1 was perplexed by Rayd's reaction, if was far more casual than he had anticipated. And when he spoke of going back, M1 felt more confident about it, it seemed that Betrice had been right. Which segued into Rayd's question, who was she anyway? M1 himself didn't actually know, the most he had been told was that she was apparently much older than himself.

Betrice patted M1's other arm, a gesture to let him know that she could take it from there. "Actually, I'd like to introduce myself. You may call me Betrice. I was helping this poor confused thing find an answer, that's about the only reason why I'm here. I was bored. But not so much anymore." She explained, starting to meander off in another direction after she had finished. But M1 stopped her.

"Where are you headed?" He seemed genuinely concerned, he thought she was a very unique individual, and hoped she'd join them at the Coliseum, he wanted a chance to know her better, as he had come to know Rayd and the others.

"Hm... Nowhere in particular. It's a little lonely, but worth it sometimes. I like it this way." The worth she mentioned, she seemed to talking about M1, and possibly Rayd by extension, giving him a brief, but interesting glance.

"Are you certain? You could join us. I imagine the housing would be to your liking, and there are many people you could meet." He was really trying to sell the idea, just as he had done before with Placia, he himself did not even realize it. But he sympathized with them, both of them, he understood the feeling of wandering alone and aimless, and he wanted to share the comfort the Coliseum had provided him. It was a very human characteristic that he didn't realize he possessed. That aside, Betrice shook her head.

"It's sweet of you to offer. But for the time being, I'll decline, maybe after mulling it over a bit I might... but I wouldn't count on it." She continued walking, failing to look back, yet not forgetting to share her gratitude. "Thanks M1, it was... interesting."

M1 somehow seemed, disheartened.

"Oh no." Acheron began. "It was a considerably thorough failure, from start to finish. As it turns out, despite all reason Durock was going to be fine regardless of our efforts. The only thing that we succeeded in is gaining a rather long list of unsavory memories to live with." She smiled, clearly masking her contempt for the ordeals they've gone through. The false grin wasn't able to last long however as a troubling thought still lingered in her mind. "Despite how awful things were from Durock's mind to Purgatory, there's only one thing that really bothers me." she began adding a dead serious tone to her voice. "Durock, I have to reiterate that I had no idea we were no longer in your mind when we entered purgatory. Before we arrived your mind was surging with static noise that grew louder as we drew closer and closer to its center, afterwhich it was completely silent, an eye of the storm if you will. Moreover there was a portal within the area that we used to make the trip, Which also caused Torvus to go temporarily insane."

"While I thought that perhaps it was only the effect of Durock not being in his head, I can't find any reason behind the portal we encountered. I don't even know if it's still there. I know of one possibe explaination, but I can't even imagine if it'd be possible."

--

The sound of Placia's screaming perked up Spindow's gooey antennas. "I agree completely. Let's run." he suggested in consensus.

Spindow gave Cappy a once over as to his progress. As long as the slime wasn't removed he wasn't going to bleed out, So as long as he didn't go brain dead Cappy could probably be left for a second or two. To be safe Spindow unfurled a long tongue from his mouth and coated the thawing puffball in a thick shell of sludge, making him look like a blow pop without the stick. Ordering the slime to suck oxygen from the air into his bloodstream, Spindow propped the giant gumball against the side of the coliseum and hurried off to Placia's aid.

"Yeah. I hear you." Alexander said to Placia, currently about to fall down a very steep cliff. He reached down and hoisted the girl up- luckily, she was pretty light.

After that, he sat down a few feet away from the edge and gave her a moment to collect herself before speaking again. "Uh, sorry about that. I didn't mean to startle you that bad." He said awkwardly. "So. Uh." He paused for a moment. "Hi. My name's Alexander. And yours?"

Durock remained silent as he listened to Pontius' explanation of purgatory. Well at least the tales he'd heard about it. From what the Durock could gather, even though the place he seen differed from Pontius's explanation, there were still some similarities, between them. It may be that purgatory and the afterlife were to different for those of differing cultures and backgrounds.

After Pontius' explanation, Acheron awoke from her slumber and then chimed in with her out things to say.

"It seems you've made a perfect recovery Durock. It's too bad you left when you did, we had a lovely conversation with the chimeric god of death. Not exactly the kind to be impartial though." She said half jokingly. "What's been going on in our absence? It seems that things have picked up here considerably."

The tiger's only response to her at this point was a grumble. She hadn't exactly gotten on his good side back in purgatory, not with her telling him she was going to EAT Torvus. If she expected him to befriendly with her so soon after that, she was looking for the wrong Durock.

Durock continued to remain silent as Pontius proceeded to provide a succinct explanation of the going ons since he, Acheron and Torvus had been out. What he could gather from it, the coliseum was currently in lock-down under the command of that wench Marina, and that they'd just apprehended the member of a group of trouble makers.

<Hmm.. So aside from that batamon that attacked me, there's others to watch out for... Wonderful.>

Out of the corner of his eyes he noticed Dusk, who had apparently been standing by the entrance for some time now.The look in Dusk's eyes suggested something urgent. Durock hought he'd heard the man's voice when he'd first came to, but at the time he was so out of it he couldn't process it.

Soon afterwards a lone black wolf made their way over to him, apparently responding to whatever he'd said earlier.

He sighed, and was about to say something, but then doctor Varias, jumped in, his comment was immediately followed up with a response from Acheron. Durock wasn't exactly what you called social. He always felt awkward in groups or around people in general. Right now he was the center of attention, something he was even less comfortable with. In an attempt to direct it away from himself, he chimed in and brought up Dusk.

"Ahem, guys. As much as I love being the center of attention, I think you should look over there!" He said pointing towards Dusk. "See that man and the wolf by the door? They look like they need something. I'm fine now, but I'm in no condition to render anybody assistance so..." His voice trailed off.

Then he addressed Acheron saying "Ahem, bug-eyes!" In an attempt to grab her attention before she lost her focus on the previous conversation. The look he gave her suggested he was holding a grudge for what she almost did back in purgatory.

"You're over-thinking things. You used magic, whose to say that wasn't the cause of the so called static and portals? I'm no expert on the subject, but I know that when you !@#$% with magic, the incomprehensible can happen."

"Now there's one more issue here. I don't take too kindly to people who say they want to eat my mate. So don't continue talking with me like we're pals. If you laid even one finger Torvus, I would have ripped you to shreds.

"You act is if you only meant to help. If that's true, then why don't you redeem yourself by helping out Dusk, the man who is standing over by the door?"

His irritation rose as Torvus awoke with a loud angry shriek, screaming at the top of his lungs as he struggled to break free of Kairus' webs.

"BUG! UNTIE ME THIS INSTANT!"

Durock groaned in annoyance and then cupped his face with his palms <"Ugh... Torvus, I can't deal with this right now!"> He thought to himself.

Durock hopped off he cot started towards the infirmary exit. However before he was out the doors he turned around, waved and called out to Pontius and Doctor Varias.

"Thanks for the wonderful and significant story Pontius, maybe we could chat some other time. Thank you too Doc for keeping me alive! Now if you guys don't mind I'm getting out of here and heading to the diner, I'm famished. I'll leave my unreasonably angry Devil in your capable hands!"

With that he turned back around, walked passed Dusk and Sharon and then exited the infirmary.

((So many edits and still so many issues, lol))

Following Durock's direction, Acheron locked her sight on Dusk and Sharon, who seemed to be waiting for some assistance. Not immediately afterward the grating wails of Torvus followed, prompting Acheron to abscond just as quickly. Judging by Plas exit as well there wasn't much to say anyways. Acheron was relieved to say the least, at this point she was finding it more and more appealing to let people believe what they will, there didn't seem to be a difference between ommision or not so why bother if you're only going to get threatened and insulted regardless?

Joining the duo, Acheron introduced herself. "Hello. My name is Acheron Solana. I suppose I'll be helping you today. May I inquire as to the problem we seem to be having?" Since she had only just come to, she wasn't aware of the nature of Pandora's dire state, but she still had a duty to try to help no matter what. She couldn't allow one glaring bungle to hang over her when there are still pressing matters to attend to.

“We have a situation at the Electric Arena.” Dusk said, his voice loud and steady. “The combatant Pandora needs urgent medical attention, but due to circumstances likely involving demonic possession it would be a poor idea to bring her here.”

Dusk had walked into the room, stating the previous with a rather steely expression along with elevated volume. Pontius had noticed, but he was trying to deal with one annoying situation at a time.

"Ahem, guys. As much as I love being the center of attention, I think you should look over there!" Durock said, pointing towards Dusk. "See that man and the wolf by the door? They look like they need something. I'm fine now, but I'm in no condition to render anybody assistance so..." His voice trailed off.

"I know..."Pontius groaned with growing irritation. Doctor Varias had now sit down as well, carefully listening to Durock's conversation with Acheron with a cocked eyebrow. Everything was quickly drowned out with an eardrum-rupturing shriek emanating from Torvus, who was struggling unsuccessfully to break his restraints.

"Shut. Up!" Pontius yelled at Torvus, standing up angrily. The marsupial's unnecessary yelling shattering any sort of concentration he had regarding the matters at hand.

"BUG UNTIE ME THIS INSTANT!"

Pontius, eyes full of contempt and locked with Torvus', raised his right hand as though he was going to backhand Torvus while he took in one long, deep breath through his nostrils. He shook his head as though saying 'no' to the devil in an effort to threaten him into silence. Doctor Varias rose to his feet and made his way over to the cot that Torvus was bound to as Pontius put his pimp hand away, focusing now on what Dusk was saying.

"Did I hear you right..." Pontius mumbled, adjusting his glasses, "Possession?"

"Actually, I'd like to introduce myself. You may call me Betrice. I was helping this poor confused thing find an answer, that's about the only reason why I'm here. I was bored. But not so much anymore."

Rayd watched as she started away from M1 slowly, the machine moved to stop her. He asked her where she was going.

"Hm... Nowhere in particular. It's a little lonely, but worth it sometimes. I like it this way." The worth she mentioned, she seemed to talking about M1, and possibly Rayd by extension, giving him a brief, but interesting glance.

Rayd's brow flattened a little, narrowing his eyes in the process. The look she gave him wasn't unlike that of a predator staring down prey...but with a tinge more lust. Rayd was unsettled by this, and quickly broke the link their eyes were momentarily sharing. Something was shaken at his core, releasing memories he had done his best not to recollect. Rayd was visibly shaken a bit as he motioned Machinist to come with him, failing to reassure the machine as he probably would have normally. He was a bit distant as he began walking.

As his luck would have it, he had been struck by something akin to Deja Vu. Betrice, if but for a moment, had mimicked the mannerisms, posture, and words of someone lost to him. Funny how something so simple could crack a dam...

Arriving in the lobby after a brisk walk through the infirmary corridor, Durock could help but notice how quiet the room was, well except for Percy and his soap opera. Aside from him and a few soldiers thatwere were guarding the entryway to the coliseum the room was practically empty.

Durock stared at Percy and noticed that the man's hand had been carefully bound up in bandages, the result of when Durock crushed it in his grip in a fit of pent up anger. As he looked on at the man an idea popped into his head and a large toothy grin appeared on his muzzle.

"Hey Percy!" He said, in an as friendly tone as possible as he approached the desk. He didn't expect the big buff desk clerk to respond in any sort of pleasant manner, not after what happened. As far Durock was concerned, he deserved a chewing out or a punch to the gut to even things out. Whatever.

When standing on the other side of the desk he stared right at Percy and continued smiling. "I came over for two things... One I wanted to apologize for being dick to you. You do spend all your time sitting here taking @$#^ from everybody. I had no right to attack you. I'm sorry that I hurt you..." And two!

Durock suddenly grabbed the terminal that Percy was using to watch his soaps and took it away from the man and then used the interface to access his personal account. This caussed his soap to cut out at a critical moment. "Doctor Love, I...."

"Sorry, about that, I'll be done in just a moment the Durock said, his muzzle continuing to sport a smile.

"You know Percy, I've gone undefeated here at the coliseum. So I've amassed quite a heafty sum of prize money." He said as he accessed his funds. "But I've never done anything with it." While holding the terminal in his paws his tilted the screen slightly so Percy could see what he was up to. Durock wasn't fibbing, on the screen was displayed his earnings, there were numbers such as 1's and 2's followed by many zeros.

"Now.. lets see if I learned a thing or two about navigating these contraptions." Durock said, accessing an online warehouse. "What's that soap you liek called? Doctor Love, right?... Lets see.."

The tigers eyes became intensely focused on the screen, as he contiued to nagivate the site. After some trial and error he finally foudn what he was looking. "Ah here we go... Doctor Love, all seasons..... Add to cart... overnight delivery..." Purchase items... Durock pointed Percy to the screen and watched as some of his funds were subtracted from his account to pay for the soaps.

"Ah done! You'll now have all the seasons of Doctor Love coming your way. I hope I got the right Soap otherwise I just spent a crap load of cash for nothing! Well if anything I guess I could force it on Torvus if you don't like it. Haha"

Durock placed the terminal back on the desk and looked at Percy.

"I don't expect anything for this, I don't even expect you to accept my apology. I just felt you deserve somebody being nice for once."

A warm feeling tickled Gavrel's cheek, stirring him from his undesired slumber. He opened his eyes slowly to allow them to adjust to the moonlight pressing through the canopy above him. His hand came up and brushed away what had awakened him. Simple transpiration from the leaves above, nothing more. After wiping it off on his shirt, he attempted to bring himself to his feet, but a pain in his gut halted the process. The first reaction was a small grunt and his hand reaching for the source, something warm and wet greeting his hand as it did so.

He righted himself into a sitting position against a thick tree at his back, nestling himself on top of a cluster of roots. Gavrel pulled away his hand and a tinge of alarm took hold as his hand was slick with blood. His gaze was brought to his left side, in which there was an open wound just below his rib cage to which he began breathing heavily in response. The ragged cut felt as if it were the remainder of a stabbing, though he was not sure.

Gavrel searched his mind to remember what had caused it, though he found nothing. In fact, he could not remember much of anything at all. There were pieces of memories in the depths of his psyche, but he could not pull them together. The most vivid recollection provided the smell of blood and brimstone, the feeling of agony wracking his body, and thunderous sounds echoing from the darkness around him.

But how did he get here? This thought came to his attention and he examined his environment. So many elderly trees, he could see one which was broken in the distance, though he needed to squint to make out the damages. The sound of voices took hold of his senses and he silenced himself. He could not determine what they were speaking of, but he could differentiate the voices. A man, a woman, and one who spoke with an oddity in their voice, though it was such that fear tickled Gavrel's mind as he listened to it.

The possibility of their involvement in his injury prevented him from crying out for help, but he still needed to stop bleeding. His right hand became alight with fire as he pulled up his shirt with the left and then pressed down on the wound. Gavrel bit his tongue to keep himself from crying out in pain, hoping that the people that could have been his attempted-assailants would not hear. A whimper escaped from behind his teeth as anguish bit his senses harshly. At least the wound would be cauterized.

About Me: I'm the original gameboy.
With most of the soldiers no longer in the lobby, Beta had decided to wander around once more. It seemed as though they were not the threat he had thought they were. As a matter of fact, the airship that was in persuit of him had left several hours ago after being thoroughly searched. Beta, of course, had no knowledge of the air ship's presence at all. After wandering the halls of the coliseum, he had finally reached the lobby once more. He really didn't have much to do at the moment. There were still a few soldiers lingering about and Plas was at the front desk, as well. Beta realised, then, that he hadn't had fresh air for some time. Walking across the lobby and to the door, he passed the soldiers that stood guard and stepped outside.

It was the middle of the night outside and the air was cool. The light from inside the coliseum and the moon served as the only source of light, but the fresh air was still nice. Before Beta could enjoy it, though, he noticed some sort of commotion going on. He was a bit confused, but knew that those involved probably did not want to be bothered. It was then that Beta saw something in the corner of his eye. He turned and saw a blob of black slime stuck to the outside wall of the coliseum. Out of curiosity, he poked the slimey mass with his finger. The slime felt somewhat warm, as if it had been somewhat heated. However, Beta also felt something cold and more solid under about an inch of the slime. This peeked Beta's curiosity even more. Beta dug his hand into the slime and felt around. There was definitely something underneath the slime. Beta started to wipe away the slime to see what the black goop was hiding. After all, the slime didn't bother him and he was curious to see what sort of object was in the black, gooey mass.

After a few seconds of wiping, Beta finally revealed a light blue object covered in cloth. A small stub stuck out from the object itself and the cloth seemed to be from a scarf and hat. Was this one of the coliseum's residents? Beta wiped even more of the slime off and found the bill of a hat and more of the scarf. Beta lifted up the hat and pulled down on the scarf to reveal a face. It was definitely one of the coliseum's residents. Seeing that this person needed help, Beta decided to pull them off of the wall. The person was small and light, so pulling them off the wall was easy. With the slime-covered coliseum resident in his arms, Beta re-entered the coliseum and headed for a place in the coliseum that he knew could help.

---

Eventually, Beta arrived in the infirmary. Since he had woken up there after the fights he had been in, he knew that they somehow helped people. And so, he put the slime-covered coliseum resident on top of one of the beds. Beta had no trouble carrying them, but his clothes were covered in the mysterious slime the person was coated in. Looking at the mysterious coliseum resident on the bed, Beta knew he had at least somewhat helped whoever it was. Someone else would likely notice this person and nurse them back to health. With that done, Beta smiled and nodded. He was happy to help. He then exited the infirmary and headed towards his room to clean himself up.

“Removing you from that disadvantage?” Noir said as he sipped his tea, cocking his head before spitting tea out violently in every direction. “Oh. Yes. That.” He said in realization before taking another sip of his tea. Once again he spat it out violently and coated Pyro Cappy with a sheet of cold tea. “Blegh. This stuff is cold.” He complained as he scrutinized his cup, then held it away from his face. Twin beams of concentrated light erupted from the hollows of his eyes, heating his cup. When the drink began to boil he stopped, and then took another deep swig.

“HOT!” Noir declared, once AGAIN spewing the hot tea everywhere. “Egh.” He muttered as he tossed the cup, watching it soar away and over the horizon. He then looked back at Pyro with a scrutinizing stare as he realized that he was covered in tea. “You should really be careful with tea. It can burn your tongue you silly.” Noir lectured, adding in a waggling finger for effect. He then drew a breath and blew, summoning a gale-force wind to dry his associate. This indeed dried the Kirby… but it had a deadly draw back.

“OH NO.” Noir screamed, loosing an exaggerated gasp. “YOUR SCARF IS BLOWING AWAY.” He said, pointing worriedly. Indeed, Pyro’s scarf had blown away and was dancing in the wind, doing a merry jaunt to and fro. “Be right back.” And with that the ghost sank into the ground, disappearing from sight. After a second or so had passed he reappeared, the scarf clutched tightly in a summoned hand. “There you go!” Noir tittered cheerfully as he passed Pyro his scarf. “Scarves are awesome, two of my associates wear them all the time because I DECREED IT SO.” Then he looked at Pyro with a proud smile, but his expression changed to a serious frown before even a second had passed.

“Oh right, business.” Noir said as he clapped two of his shadowy appendages together, and a chair rose up beneath Pyro as a small table appeared between them. “All right, now we’ll have to make this brief, because we’re on a bit of a rushed schedule thanks to your blathering.” All the while he was talking a stack of papers began falling from the sky, landing in a neat and orderly pile. As Noir opened his mouth to speak once more there was a great roar from somewhere in the distance. The roar shook the air itself, and Noir’s jack-o-lantern head exploded everywhere into gory bits.

“See. Now you done it.” Noir’s disembodied voice said, his body only crossing its arms in disappointment.

"I'm coming with. If the situation is as serious as you're making it sound, then you need all the backup you can get." Sharon said, and Dusk acknowledged her with a nod of his head. The infirmary was currently filled to the seams and was quite chaotic, so he wasn't surprised by everyone being mostly distracted in their own matters.

"You act is if you only meant to help. If that's true, then why don't you redeem yourself by helping out Dusk, the man who is standing over by the door?" Plas said among the commotion. Dusk remained silent with his arms crossed, keeping time in his head. Even a few seconds was too much time to waste given the situation, and he knew that the with the passage of time Pandora became closer and closer to a death by bullet. At that instant the infirmary was filled with the sound of Torvus's wailing, and he looked over just in time to see Kairus skitter in panic and jump into a cupboard, using a cord of webbing to slam the cabinet behind him.

"Hello. My name is Acheron Solana. I suppose I'll be helping you today. May I inquire as to the problem we seem to be having?" Acheron asked.

"Did I hear you right..." Pontius mumbled, adjusting his glasses, "Possession?" Pontius's own question partially answered Acheron's, but Dusk decided it would be better for him to fully elaborate.

"I came here from the Electric Arena." Dusk said as he uncrossed his arms. "Until recently I had been participating in a battle with two other combatants, but then some...complications arose when the combatant Pandora took some rather grievous damage." Dusk explained, trying to be succinct with his explanation. "She began muttering and raving to herself as if she was arguing with some invisible entity. Upon inspection of her behavior she requested that should she should be kept away from people, and if she were to lose consciousness that one of us should kill her because her consciousness is the only thing holding the entity in check." He explained, still retaining his calm. "Due to the potential dangers I left Zane, the other combatant, to kill her in the event she loses it, while I hastily made my way here to enlist aid." He once again crossed his arms, pausing for a moment to think of how to phrase his question. "So I must ask: is there any kind of fast-acting medical technology that would allow us to treat her without involving a whole team of vulnerable doctors?" He inquired, looking at Pontius and Doctor Varias as he did so. Suddenly there was a rumbling as the large cabinet opened and Kairus rolled out, toppling a few boxes of surgical masks as he did so.

"Well," Kairus began, cocking his head as he began to think, "aren't there those nanite syringe thingers?" The arachnid asked, looking at Pontius. "I think that's what was used to treat me after I was burned nearly to death." The spider said matter-of-factly, before stopping to think once more. "...Again." Kairus added.

"Ow, that's gonna leave a mark!" Forearm smash aimed at Theo's face.

---

Damian made no complaint as he was dragged through the infirmary to what would presumably be the interrogation room. He noted that the infirmary seemed to be filled to the brim with an assortment of critters, the large spider and the green tiger sticking out in his mind. Once inside, he was introduced to a blue-haired woman and what appeared to be a large, green, reptilian being. "Welcome..." said the woman as the soldier who'd brought him in left. Her smile left the impression that she didn't fool around.

"Must've come at a bad time if yer infirmary's packed like it is, huh?" He paused for a moment. "Okay, fine, 'nough jokin' around. Neither o' ya seem to be the type ta take a joke anyway, so let's keep the downhill train a-rollin'."

---

"I bet...you've done this before...right?" Pandora was struggling to stay at least somewhat coherent, and it was (figuratively) killing her to wait on Dusk to return with assistance. In an effort to distract herself, she started trying to get some small-talk from Zane, by no means an easy task from what she remembered. "And why...do you wear a mask...American?" She was hoping to get a response out of him by referring to him by what was presumably his nationality, and maybe get some sort of conversation going. It would be an eternity before assistance arrived, no matter how long it actually took, so why not have a diversion?

Even if it meant less of a chance of making it out alive...

((Okay there I done things are you guys happy now?! Lol.))

Zane monitored her condition, even as she started asking him unnecessary questions. "I bet...you've done this before...right?" He wondered what she hoped to gain from this, what would likely be a pointless exchange into a wall. "And why...do you wear a mask...American?" That question in particular was one he'd prefer to leave unanswered. But he saw no reason to not indulge her somewhat.

"Execute people? Yes. It's part of my line of work." He gave her no more than that, and simply maintained the pistol pressed against her head. Although his every instinct was telling him to pull the trigger, kill her and be done with it. No risk of failure, a simple solution. But he would not. He had to wait until Dusk's time was up.

About Me: A little over the top, you know?
In response to Dusk's explanation Acheron considered what she had learned about the basic procedures of the Infirmary's treatment. From what she could recall, a lot of the physical ailments were remedied with the type of nanomachines she found inside durock when she was cleaning him out. While it was helpful in restructuring injuries to their original state, she thought it didn't sound like it'd be the kind of medicine that would help in this situation.

It was then that Kairus had tumbled out of the cabinets and casually joined the conversation as well. "Well, aren't there those nanite syringe thingers?" the overgrown spider asked with a tilt of his head. "I think that's what was used to treat me after I was burned nearly to death... Again."

"I wouldn't imagine that would serve much good" Acheron replied doubtfully. "It may help treat her physical wounds, but I don't think it'd help at all regarding the chief concern of whatever may be plaguing her mentally. Dr. Varias, would I be wrong in that assumption?" She asked.
