"The site's founders have been charged with violating piracy laws. Federal prosecutors have accused it of costing copyright holders more than $500m (£320m) in lost revenue. The firm says it was diligent in responding to complaints about pirated material." So says BBC news.

I suppose I could start uploading the episodes I have today. I don't have anything other than what I've listed, so it'd be greatly appreciated if other people could help :D. What site should I use? Rapidshare? 4shared? Mediafire? Any other suggestions? I just don't want to upload to a site everyone hates XD.

I know the episodes are on Youtube; but I mean for the people who want to download them here, for vidding or just to have them.

And the torrents are still active?
But yeah, it'd be great to have some help. I'll start uploading the episodes I have as soon as I find a server that doesn't limit file size. If there's any suggestions, you're all still welcome to shoot away. XD

edit: Is rapidshare a good idea? The episodes seem to be uploading fine on it.

EDIT x 2: Started posting the uploads! I'm going in batches. Could someone test it out and see if it works? If it doesn't, I'll try another host. Thanks!

I have quite a few episodes you don’t have listed: 5, 9, 12, 13, 21, 24, 25, 31, 32, 38, 45, 46, 50, 56, 57, 58, 59, 61, 63, 88, 94, and 95 with subs. If you still don't have these, I can try uploading them.

This sucks. I wish I would have downloaded the whole series while I had the chance. Hopefully, everyone here can pool together whichever episodes we have and get all of them back up. Are the episodes subbed by the new team available on torrent? Speaking of the new team, they didn't give up on subbing the remaining episodes, did they?

That's great! It'd be wonderful if you could try uploading them. ^^

And I agree >< I didn't know Megaupload would go down. Thankfully I had downloaded a few episodes a few days back for my latest video, but... I'm still missing a considerable amount of the series. I'm hoping we can all pool together, since I'm sure there's a lot of people with the episodes we're missing. I don't know if the new team had a torrent; the only episode I have subbed by them is 70, the Tokkori one. And I have no idea if they gave up... Hopefully not. Although it's easy to get the gist of what's going on in an episode, I like knowing each line. XD

Nice! Thank you so much :D

And I don't know... It would probably be more trouble to upload them separately, but I think it would be a better idea... some people (like me XD) only have certain episodes, and having to download batches of 10, I think everything would kind of overlap.

I don't mind making batches after though, if people want those. I could zip the files in groups of 10 or so in a WinRAR file when we have all the episodes up again. :>

I should have all of the subs up to 68 on a few disks back at home, though I won't be able to get at them until March.

I'd upload them to KRR itself, but that seems to be a risk at the moment.

I don't mind taking them, sxiz, as my Internet seems to be doing well so far. If people don't like Rapidshare, I could upload them to multiple servers once I'm done with Rapidshare, too. =w=

I've episodes 1-60, 66, 68-71, 94-95 + Ebizou 3D Special subbed
And 72-75, 77-79, 81, 83, 86, 88-96, 98 and 100 unsubbed in high quality
+69-77, 79-82, 84-88, 90-91, 96-97, 100 + Ebizou unsubbed in low quality.
PM me if you need me to upload some of them. I'm sure we enough users to restore every single episode.

Overall: I've every single episode that has been subbed so far, excluding 61-65 and 67.
I've every unsubbed episode that was downloadable on this site, which means episodes 69-100 excluding episode 99.

Honestly there's plenty on the site that could get it in trouble, without uploading the episodes themselves. And really it seems that Megaupload got taken down more due to sloppy business practices than anything else (the indictment is a lesson on How Not to Business and is guaranteed to reduce your IQ by several hundred points).

But that's just...me playing Devil's Advocate. I'd be a bit more cautious, too, especially since Megaupload's staff got indicted in part on uploading copyrighted content themselves (on the other hand they also directly profited from it but bap bap bap Devil's Advocate).

We have a lot of Kirby music, then there's the torrents for the anime subs (which I'm assuming are probably dead by now).

As far as I know, anime downloads have a lot more cracking down on them than game music does, partly because it's owned by more than just HAL/Nintendo.

We'll see how things are by March, and I'll try to discuss this with Bagel/Kindar if I ever get the chance to.

You can also try downloading whatever's from Veoh (requires the Veoh Player), and then use MediaFire, RapidShare, FileServe, etc. to restore all the episodes.

So far, between LotusofLeaf and I, we're missing these episodes:

2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35, 36, 40, 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 52, 53, 54, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 71 subbed.

I'd prefer to focus on one thing at a time, so once we restore the subbed episodes, we can work on the raws. I think more people would prefer the subs in any case.

I'll PM Buglaux to help us with the uploading process. :>
