I'd be all for helping the site stay on its feet. I still check the Oekaki now and then to make sure things are running proper.
We definitely should maybe do something about the new Kirby games and their appropriate pages on the main site, especially with Triple Deluxe announced.

I haven't been on here in months, but from what I remember, the biggest draws on the site were Pointless Palace and the RP forum (I also think the SSBB thread was to this day the busiest thread this site has ever had). I think one of the problems is that the Kirby franchise just isn't quite as popular as Nintendo's other franchises. Part of that I think is because it has sort of a reputation as a "baby's first video game" franchise, where it's all easy and a 5-year-old can beat it. (admittedly, that reputation isn't completely undeserved, but that's really only if you're talking about starting and finishing a level. 100% completion and boss rushes can be pretty brutal, and I thought Return To Dreamland was a sizable step up in terms of difficulty from the rest of the games). I think because of that reputation, some adults would be apprehensive to get involved in a game "for kids". Another part I think is because you will see a lot of kids sign up, something that would drive off some other adults.

Because of that reputation, I think one thing that would get those adults to at least contribute to the site is nostalgia. Since it has a reputation as a game series for kids, it would stand to reason that a lot of people played it when they were kids. I think that's actually one of the main reasons why I signed up here to begin with, cause I remembered Kirby games from when I was younger that I hadn't played in years and wanted to look into it.

What do you think of Kirby's Return to Dream Land and Kirby's Dream Collection both being rated E10+ in North America? Obviously, it meant that Kirby is not meant for young children even.
