Okay the topic title was supposed to get your attention, and I know it seems inhumane and disgusting, but if this "growing human organs on animals" thing works, and they decides trying it the opposite way... who here wants to be part fox?

There'd be no reason to grow animal parts on people. As far as I know stuff like this is supposed to be for growing transplants, like for people who need new hearts. There's no need to graft fox ears on people so I'm pretty sure they're not going to do it. Not any time soon, at least.

Wow. That's really cool and disturbing at the same time. The only thing is the example. If a mouse grows a human ear, wouldn't it be mouse-sized and be too small, or would it actually be in size for a human?

Eventually they'll have it down to a procedure simple enough that cosmetic gene therapy could be common (and sooner than one would think). Altering genes to produce or reshape regular ears into hairy, pointy ones isn't completely implausible, scientifically speaking.
