My favourites in each category that you've given are:

TV shows: Doctor Who (old and new stuff)

Anime: That's a tough one but I'm going to say Hoshii No Kaabi as I re-watch that more than any other...

Movies: I'm embarrassed to it but Ferris Bueller's Day Off (see the above reason!)

Games: I'm an avid gamer and love games of all genres and ages but if I had to pick just one game it would be the often copied but never bettered DooM! I play that game pretty much every day at some point!

Well, since I've gotten back into anime, I've been watching Hare+Guu, and that's at the top of my list right now. I'm a fan of shows like Pawn Stars and Mythbusters, and any Pixar movie is a good movie (except for maybe Cars 2; I haven't seen it yet and don't want to).

Games, though? Holy crap. I can't even make a list and finish it. It's that many. ;u;

^ Why don't you want to see Cars 2? Even people who aren't fans of the original admitted to liking it. It's solid entertainment at least.

I love lots of 90's cartoons, but there are plenty from the 2000's/today that I enjoy as well. Namely Chalk Zone, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Adventure Time, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Chowder, and let's not forget Foster's Home. And My Little Pony is fun. As for anime, I love Hoshi no Kirby, Angelic Layer, Ouran Host Club and so far Nichijou is quite promising.

With movies, I love all 12 of the current Pixar films. No exceptions. Steven Spielberg is great. So is Hayao Miyazaki and all the other directors at Studio Ghibli. I have a fondness for most Disney animated movies, with just a few exceptions. The stuff they've made with Lasseter (Bolt onward) is top-notch and I'm excited to see where they'll go with this new direction. Also, Henry Selick. I've seen three of his four movies, not gonna lie, Monkeybone looks awful.

Aside from the Kirby series, I love the MOTHER trilogy, all the Zelda games I've played (with The Wind Waker standing out as my favorite game of all time), Banjo-Kazooie/Banjo-Tooie, Rare-developed Donkey Kong games, Super Mario games, Katamari Damacy/We Love Katamari, the Klonoa series, some Sonic games, Super Smash Bros., Pokemon White (never played any of the others), and many more.

MY Favorite TV show:- Mentalist Because, I like to watch detective shows. The Criminal Minds and The Mentalist are my favorite tv shows. These Shows help me in my studies . Jane is my favorite charter in The Mentalist.
Anime:- Family guy and American dad. Family guy is comedy show.
Movies:- 300 and Pirates of the Caribbean
Game:- Underground swift. I like racing game.

TV Shows: Don't really watch a lot of TV, but the shows I do like seeing every now and then are Mythbusters, Pawn Stars, and Family Guy. From my childhood, I also love Batman: The Animated Series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SatAM, and the 90's X-Men and Spider-Man cartoons. Garfield and Friends is also alright.
Anime: There's quite a few. My absolute favorites are Super Dimension Fortress Macross (or the first season of Robotech), Fate/Stay Night, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Azumanga Diaoh, and the Gekijouban Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners movies.
Movies: A lot here too. Hmm, off the top of my head, Back to the Future II, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Gettysburg, and Die Hard come to mind. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III is a guilty pleasure of mine as well. lol
Games: My absolute favorite game is Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles. Not sure what would come after that, but it's close between Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II, Kirby Super Star (Ultra), and Chrono Trigger.

Pretty big on Nintendo since I was raised on it and all--mostly Mario, though, as I never owned a Game Boy, and Mom didn't buy us any Kirby. My tastes back in the day are pretty similar to my tastes now, honestly: I impulsively buy the platformers (despite not being good at them) and play Mario Kart like it's going out of style (waaaaay better now than I was then), although I've also gotten into the RPGs. If I didn't get a 3DS for Christmas this year I would've bought one when the new Paper Mario came out. (Also, I loved Super Paper Mario, so that says a lot about my tastes in games.)

Outside of that--and this'll come as a huge surprise to those who've read my post on the anime thread--I like Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei RPGs. My favorite is SHOJI MEGURO.
