GSnail had donated his smileys from the soon-to-be-defunct Meta Naito forums to KRR

They currently live under the "View more smileys page" on the full editor page. There are now three pages ( ) of smileys despite the fact that they could all easily fit on a single page instead. I'm going to have to look into why? Just why?

I am also going to try and see if there is an easier way to reorder the smileys other than the web interface, 'cause that will take forever moving one smiley one position at a time.

I can't say I'm too attached to the Smileys, but hey, work on KRR. The site's been dead for so long, it's good to see signs of it rising from the grave.

I do find it weird so many of them feature Beanbon, though. I don't mind, but it is sort of weird.

Can't figure out how to get these dudes into messages... opening the big editor and dragging them won't work. I've also tried clicking. :/

When you click on one of the new smilies, it should be magically appended to the text box from the originating post.

Oh, yeah, that is very possible.

It is some JavaScript magic, and I don't know how many standards the DS supports in its browser.

From all of the problems that are being reported with it, I am guessing very little. I know the Wii browser had all sorts of problems normally browsing sites way back when.

I'll test the Wii U internet browser and see if smilies work on there.

Edit: It does, sort of; it always appears at the beginning of the post for some reason, but you can just copy the text shown so it's no big deal.

On an iPad, the smileys box opens up in a new tab and you can't insert a smiley except the ones on the side.

They work on iOS for me. The smileys on the other tab will input on the post when you press them.

Nope, not for me. Maybe it's a Chrome thing?

I'm using Safari, just so you know.

Using chrome. Not sure if Edge will fix the issue.

It seems like smileys don't work on Google Chrom, uh, I mean Chrome. I use Internet Explorer when I'm on a laptop, and it works fine if I remember correctly.

PlayR, you're using chrome on the iPad or pc?

Mobile browsers (including ones on tablets) only keep the tab you are currently using activated which also means others can't be modified in any way (including adding smileys)
