Isn't it a frame from his sidestep? He spins his arms erratically and leans over a bit, so it may be from that.

Its whenever he breaks open an assist trophy above his head.

Lol! You can get a lot of cool pictures when characters open up assist trophies! I got a funny one with Pikachu!

Edit: It's really hard to describe. As soon as pilachu opeaned it, he made this funny expression and the assist trophy looled liked that it "Bonked" Pikachu's head while he is in the expression!

Now I don't look for this type of stuff, but I've seen a TL beat target test 4 in under 6 seconds on YT. Whoever did that needs to send that re-play into Wi-Fi...meh wonders if it was NK.
